Additionally, Vegapunk discovered that after the medium Chakra was extracted, a Ninja's Chakra talent would rapidly shrink. It wasn't a reduction in the amount of Chakra, but rather the complete disappearance of nature transformation, turning them into 'useless people' like Rock Lee who had Chakra but couldn't use Ninjutsu.
