Chapter 2 - Rules of healing

As I have stated in the previous chapter a lot can hold you from achieving your goals which is why the first step is healing from whatever pain you feel even from the pain caused at your childhood cause we wanna build her and who is her the best version of yourself and with that we Start by forgiving yourself for letting people treat you badly and for also giving them acess In your life in the first place. What most people fail to understand is how emotional woman can be and how much they face as emotional creatures and even though being emotional feels like a curse it's also a blessing in disguise cause If you didn't feel anything darling we both know that there would be destruction and so as women there's a lot the world expects and sometimes even when you feel pain you are expected to hide it cause you're an emotional creature but at the end of the day healing should come first in order for the blessings In your life to start manifesting. How do you heal well we are gonna go through this together.

Firstly allow yourself to cry and it might sound crazy but most women feel like in order to heal you must just inflict pain in yourself which is something that you should avoid cause at the end of the day the pain inside your heart wasn't caused by you but by unfortunate events that occurred in your life and so give yourself the time to yourself and if it means you wanna be in a room by yourself and you don't wanna be seen then do that and love get that pain out of your heart and cry as much as you can release it until you feel relieved and while crying you can speak to yourself and say that you forgive yourself for pouring your energy to what drained you and broke your heart. Crying doesn't make you weak but instead it helps you to just get the pain out and to feel better.

Second thing you can try to do write your feelings down and what made you feel the way you're feeling. And if you fear that someone might read what you've wrote down after writing it make sure you throw the paper in the bin or burn it if possible but if you are a diary person also write it in your diary and while writing it might happen that you cry and it's not a bad thing but mostly writing things down can also help even when you're angry at a person and all the energies and feelings that you feel due to what caused the pain inside your heart can fade away or you can feel better and so which is why it is important to express your feelings in any way including this one but my advice is don't harm yourself just to heal it's not worth it and not worth your time.

Thirdly you could ask someone you're close to whom you trust for advice and if you fear of judgmental statements then I am the one here who'll be doing that talking at this moment so love I don't know who you are, I don't know your background and I don't know what you expected to read in this book but since you are here I'm gonna try to walk you through everything I might not know your situation but I do know one thing that you are braver than you know and the fact that instead of trying to kill yourself you choose not to it's says a lot and so I admire women who are as strong as you are and one thing I can tell you is that it will all come to an end whatever is causing you to cry all that pain will fade as long as you allow it to go away. I want you to do me a favour just give yourself a hug cause if it was someone else in your situation they wouldn't have been able to handle it and not because they are weak but because it would've been hard to handle it so you deserve a high five for being as brave as you are and yes tears may flow but but it will all pass and if it's because of past mistakes we'll hug yourself and tell yourself that it's okay to cry, it's okay to feel pain and whatever mistakes you made yes you made them, yes you regret it but that doesn't mean you must harm yourself instead admire yourself for seeing the mistakes you made and tell yourself that you'll do better love. And yes it might not be easy and it might not be simple but you can do it as long as you believe in yourself. And also don't compare yourself to other women and say if I was like her maybe thing's would've been easier or better cause you never know some people go through situations but never showcase or speak about and some people act and it's usually those people that act like their lives are perfect that in most cases they harm their selves and so you are unique and you are different and the fact that you are willing to heal shows how powerful you are so congratulations you are winning and you are powerful than you know and so always give yourself time and space to heal no matter how busy the world can be never be too busy to heal your inner self and make sure that whatever trauma or pain you have you deal with it cause a healing woman is a winning woman .
