Jay's POV:
I was sleeping peacefully, dreaming about eating a huge mountain of ice cream, when someone's annoying voice ruined my beautiful dream.
And it was none other than my so-called horoscope brother.
Aries : Wake up, sleepyhead.
In my sleepy voice, I mumbled.
Jay : Please… let me sleep some more time, Horoscope.
Aries : I am not a horoscope, you monkey.
He sounded annoyed.
But wait....what did he just called me! Monkey. Me. No. Never.
He called me a monkey? The audacity.
He literally looks like one and he's calling me a monkey?
I shouted, pulling the blanket over my head. Jay : I'm not a monkey...horoscope. Now get out of my room and let me sleep peacefully.
He was about to argue again, but I raised my voice a little more.
Jay : GET OUT. Now.
He stared at me for a second, then sighed and walked out, probably realizing there was no point arguing with me.
I smiled proudly. Finally. Peace. I was just about to continue my beauty sleep when my phone started vibrating. Oh God. Even the universe doesn't want me to sleep peacefully.
I groaned before answering the call. I said lazily.
Jay : Yes?
The other person : Jay.
Oo, it's Yuri. I didn't even check the caller ID.
Jay : Good morning, Yuri.
I said, trying to sound normal.
Yuri : Good morning, Jay.
Jay : Yes… why did you call this early?
Yuri : Jay… actually… um… it's…
Why is he hesitating? Suspicious.
Jay : What is it, Yuri?
I asked. There was a small pause.
Then he said,
Yuri : Jay… my mom wants you to come with her to the boutique to choose your wedding dress.
I literally forgot about the engagement.
Jay : But yuri, I want to complete my studies first. It was fine....till engagement but marriage...it's too much early. I'm not even at my legal age.
Yuri : I know jay, it's not your legal age. It's mom wish to select the dress now. She already booked the boutique. I'll send you the location of it. You have to come at 2 p.m.
After saying this, he ended the call.
I don't want to go. He didn't even asked me that if I want to come or not, just ordered me that he's sending the location and I have to show up at 2 p.m.
I'm missing my keif. Please keifer, complete your work and come fast. Your jay is waiting for you.
