Back on Earth, within the Dragon Ball world, a heavy silence fell over Krillin, Gohan, and Piccolo as they watched the broadcast. Seeing Goku arrive just in time brought them to the verge of tears. In the previous timeline shown, Goku's tardiness had led to the tragic sacrifices of Yamcha, Tien Shinhan, and the others. This time, he wasn't late. A delay of even sixty seconds would have meant their certain death at Frieza's hands.

Yet, relief was quickly swallowed by a cold realization: was Goku actually strong enough? Even at full health, the power gap felt insurmountable. It was clear to every observer that only a Super Saiyan could challenge the tyrant, but Goku showed no outward signs of such a change.

Frieza, watching the multi-world feed, couldn't resist twisting the knife. "Oh ho ho ho, @Vegeta, Mr. Vegeta... is this the Super Saiyan? He is so strong! Truly worthy of your legendary Saiyan heritage," he mocked.

Vegeta's face darkened until it was blacker than ink. He had been waiting with bated breath to see his own triumph, only to watch himself get dismantled. He couldn't comprehend it—he had survived a Zenkai, pushed his Ki beyond all previous limits, and yet he was still nothing to Frieza.

He refused to believe the legend didn't belong to him. Could it truly be Kakarot, that low-class warrior, who would reach the summit? He didn't want to accept it, but the rest of the multiverse already saw the writing on the wall.

"It seems the Super Saiyan really is Son Goku," Meliodas noted in the chat. Toriko agreed, "Vegeta is too broken to transform now, and Gohan is too young. Goku is the only one left." In the Naruto world, Sasuke and Naruto debated the mechanics.

"How does he do it?" Sasuke wondered aloud, while Naruto theorized about the Great Ape's connection to the moon. "Don't guess blindly," Sasuke snapped. "If the Saiyans themselves don't know, your theories are useless."

Sengoku silenced the chatter with a final observation: "The battle between Son Goku and Frieza is the endgame. The Super Saiyan will appear here."

In the video, the two titans finally stood face to face. In their first exchange, Goku stunned Frieza by batting away his lethal rays with a single hand. This display of raw power made the dying Vegeta laugh with manic joy. "Frieza! He is the one! He is the Super Saiyan you fear most!" Vegeta shouted. He had wavered between believing it was himself or Gohan, but at the end of his life, he recognized the truth in Goku.

Annoyed by the Prince's defiance, Frieza fired a Death Beam that pierced Vegeta's heart. With his final breaths, Vegeta discarded his royal pride and bared his soul to Goku. He spoke of Planet Vegeta's destruction—not by a meteor, but by Frieza's hand—and begged Goku to avenge their race. With tears streaming down his face, the Prince of Saiyans died.

The real-world Vegeta trembled with fury. Seeing himself cry in front of the entire multiverse, and especially in front of Kakarot, was the ultimate humiliation. To entrust the Saiyan legacy to a commoner felt like a betrayal of his own soul. Yet, beneath the shame, a spark of anticipation remained. He was about to witness the birth of a legend that had been lost for a thousand years.

The battle that followed was cataclysmic. Goku fought with everything he had, but as Frieza tapped into more of his power, the tide turned. Even pushing his body to the breaking point with the Kaio-ken x20, Goku could only manage a stalemate against Frieza's 50% strength. Realizing he was outmatched, Goku gambled everything on the Spirit Bomb.

Piccolo, Gohan, and Krillin risked their lives to distract the tyrant, buying Goku the precious minutes he needed to gather energy from the surrounding planets. The massive sphere of blue light descended, seemingly vaporizing Frieza into the ocean. But the victory was a hollow dream. Frieza emerged from the depths, scarred and murderous.

He struck with terrifying precision. Piccolo took a blast to the chest to save Goku. Then, Frieza turned his telekinetic malice toward Krillin. He hoisted the helpless human into the air. Krillin only had time to scream "Goku!" before Frieza clenched his hand, and Krillin exploded into dust.

That was the fuse.

Goku's head dropped, his body shaking with a rage so pure it transcended speech. "You... you actually...!" he stammered. As he looked up, the air itself began to crackle. Lightning tore through the sky and the ground began to lift. His black hair flickered, turning a sharp, electric gold, and his eyes shifted to a cold, piercing teal.

With a roar that shook the foundations of Namek, the golden energy erupted. The aura flared into a jagged, burning flame. His hair stood defiant and golden, and his gaze was no longer that of a kind-hearted man, but of a warrior of legend.

The Super Saiyan had arrived. In that explosive instant, every other transformation in the history of the multiverse was utterly overshadowed.
