Solar shares his experience with Lunar, speaking of the fourth thing in the bucket list, which is to take a vacation job at Witch's Restaurant.
Solar: At end of semester, it's time to say goodbye to friends. Space portal girl traveled to Vampire Castle; mermaid princess returned mermaid clan; officer rabbit and Mr K returned LA city to uphold justice. I had no where to go. Neither I could return home, nor could I stay at the Dark Church. I came to my magic potion teacher, who advised me to take a vacation job at Witch's Restaurant with her introduction letter.
Lunar listens to his experience to take a vacation job at Witch's Restaurant, and wonders how many magical things had he been through then.
Lunar: Taking a vacation job at Witch's Restaurant would have given you a magical and unforgettable experience. How many magical things had you been through then?
Solar: Most of time, either I would stay at Witch's Restaurant, or would I stay at home. Sometimes adventurers prepared for a battle against magic beasts, and invited me to join their team. Sometimes witches gathered with their witch sisters, and discussed their adventures. Sometimes my boss would mention about a man, that she waited at Witch's Restaurant, expecting for him to come back with a bunch of daffodils.
Lunar: Most of time, we would repeatedly start over the same tedious day-to-day life. But sometimes we would find something different everyday. At Witch's Restaurant, you must have met many customers everyday. Had you remembered anyone special?
Solar: New customers came in, old customers came out. Those people who came in and out, were merely guests from different regions, that I might offer them service, but I will never remember them. They gently came with the wind, and they would be gently gone with the wind. One thousand people have one thousand faces, but what I could recognize were not the faces in my eyes, but the faces in my heart.
Lunar: The faces unremembered, would be the faces of the crowds, that you might see them everyday, but you would neglect them always. The faces recognized, would be the faces of those special people, that you might see them for one sight, but you would remember them for years, or even for decades. You might forget how many people had you met, but you would remember how many people had you recognized.
Solar: I remember the western king, because he prepared for a battle against magic beasts, and invited me to join his team. I remember a Gypsy witch, because she came to meet with her witch sisters, and asked me to brew her the Potion of Transformation. I remember my boss, because she waited for a man, and sometimes talked about him.
Lunar: The western king prepared for a battle against magic beasts, and invited you to join his team. To battle against magic beasts or to stay in safety at Witch's Restaurant? I wonder what did you want to reply him then?
Solar: I was gonna stay in safety at Witch's Restaurant, but he offered me a reason, which I couldn't refused it.
Lunar: What reason you couldn't refuse it?
Solar: He said that there's no victory without sacrifices, but if I helped them to brew healing potions, there would be less sacrifices and less pains for each home. I agreed to join them, because I couldn't witness my kind's sacrifices.
Lunar: Why would the western king prepare for a battle against magic beasts?
Solar: The western king, was the leader of Western Werewolf Tribe, the head werewolf among western werewolves. He gathered the best werewolf fighters from each home, and prepared for a battle against magic beasts. The eastern king, was the leader of Eastern Lion Tribe, the magic beast king among magic beasts. He gathered magic beasts, and prepared to migrate west, via western werewolf clan's territory.
Lunar: It is the battle between Western Werewolf Tribe and Eastern Lion Tribe.
Solar: It is the battle to protect homeland to Western Werewolf Tribe, it is the battle to fight for new habitat territory to Eastern Lion Tribe.
Lunar: Why would Eastern Lion Tribe fight for new habitat territory?
Solar: The threat of volcano's explosion. Where Eastern Lion Tribe inhabited, was the eastern forest, twenty miles away from an active volcano, which was predicted that it could be exploded within two years. To migrate west or to get burned with homeland? Eastern Lion Tribe chose to migrate west, via western werewolf clan's territory.
Lunar: How was the ending of the battle between both tribes?
Solar: Both sides made a peace agreement, and promised that there would be no more battles between both tribes within one hundred years.
Lunar: How could both sides meet with a peace agreement?
Solar: When the battle between both tribes was noticed by both churches, both tribes were demanded to end the battle. However, it was not the command of both churches to end the battle, it was the might of a legendary witch to end the battle.
Lunar: How could she possibly end the battle between both tribes, when the command of both churches couldn't?
Solar: She was a centuries-old Gypsy witch, who came to meet with her witch sisters, and who had sealed the active volcano in ice on the way to Witch's Restaurant. When the threat of volcano's explosion was solved, the battle between both tribes was over. Neither it would be necessary for Eastern Lion Tribe to migrate west, nor would it be necessary for Western Werewolf Tribe to protect their homeland.
Lunar: Was she the witch who asked you to brew a bottle of Potion of Transformation?
Solar: Yes.
Lunar: Why would she like to buy a bottle of Potion of Transformation?
Solar: She said that she once transformed a prince into a pig man, and now she finds that the pig man is actually the love of her witch sister. She said that it would take the Potion of Transformation and loved one's tear to dispel her curse. She said that she came to apologize to her witch sister.
Lunar: Who did she want to apologize to?
Solar: The boss of Witch's Restaurant.
