Our three idiots looked around the giant tavern, looking to see where they could register to become adventurers
Luff: "There's a woman at the desk over there, maybe she can help us" He pointed over to a reception desk with a sign that said "registration" with a woman sitting there
Saying she was attractive was an understatement, you wouldn't be surprised if some people joined this guild cause of her
Kiru: "We got a hot receptionist! we're definitely in good hands" he smirked with pride, satisfied by their choice
Rudin: "Yea yea lets go and actually register already" He grabbed Kiru by the hood of his hoodie and dragged him to the registration desk as Luff followed
Receptionist: Welcome to the Truffle capital adventurers guild! Are you three here to register individually or as a party?
Kiru: 'We're a party Ma'am-"
Receptionist: "Do not call me ma'am" Her face went from nice and soft to serious and sharp in an instant "It makes me feel old...."
Kiru: "I'm sorry" He had a mix of fear and guilt in his eyes
Receptionist: "Its okay, you were just trying to be respectful!" She tried to comfort him for understanding his mistake "well back on track now, it seems you three don't have any pre existing stat cards"
Luff: "Whats a stat card....?" The tired young man said with varying degrees of confusion
Receptionist "Its how we measure you're level which helps us judge what you and your party is fit for! Now to register you three all I need is your name and age so that we can have you in our system."
Kiru: "I'll start! My name is Kiru Orion, I'm 17 Years old and my name will be one known for ages!" The Teen put his fist to his chest while he proclaimed his introduction
Rudin: "Grand way to introduce yourself....." He sighs then turns back to the receptionist "Rudin Timpel, age 22." He turns over to Luff, who seems to be in his own little world right now "Luff, your turn"
Luff: "Huh.... Oh my names Luff corneas and im...." He turns to both of them "How long has it been since June 16th 2007, I kinda forgot"
Kiru: "How do you forgot your own age!?!?" He was shocked that someone could forget such crucial information about themself "Well you should be 19 then"
Luff turns back around to the receptionist and tells her his age
Receptionist: "Perfect! Now all you have to do now is grab one of these cards and they'll become your personal stat cards! They'll calculate your strengths and weaknesses which should perfectly assign you to a class."
All three of them reach out to grab a card
Luff looks at the receptionist and shows her the card
Luff: "Do you know what this says....?" He holds up the card for her to see
Receptionist: "Wow! I can't believe it, you're class is master swordsman! its a very rare one to get as your first class so you must be very skilled!"
Kiru: "MASTER SWORDSMAN? WHEN THE HELL HAVE YOU EVER USED A SWORD!?!?!"
Rudin: "Yea I never seen you mention anything about being a swordsman at all?"
Luff: "I'm not.... At least I don't think I am...."
Kiru: "Alright well never mind that, lets see what I get!"
Receptionist: "Incredible! You seem to have gotten talented mage! You'll be able to learn different magic abilities from many different skill types!"
Kiru: "YES! I actually got something good!" You could see the joyful grin he had on his face as he moved around out of pure excitement"
Rudin: "Not bad kid" He had a small smile on his face
Luff: "Well what about you Rudin, what's your thing?"
Rudin waits for his card to completely fill out before turning it to the receptionist
Receptionist: "Looks like you got the brawler class, your physical strength throughout your entire body is off the charts so its understandable!"
Kiru: "You're one of those straight hands type of guys! The type that would bring themself to a gun fight!" Kiru had a gleam in his eye realizing how cool being a brawler would be
Receptionist: "Okay now one final thing! Could you tell me what the name of your party is?"
The three just stood their for a second, they didn't realize they actually had to form a name
Rudin: "So you two got any ideas?"
Luff: "I don't know but I'm really hungry right now..."
Kiru: "We need to have a really cool and memorable name for sure! but what could it be?"
Luff: "I could really go for a burger right now..."
Rudin: "Well if none of us have any ideas then we can just say the first name that comes to mind and whoever says their first wins"
Luff: "Bacon would be really good on it too....."
Kiru: "Alright sounds like a good plan to me"
They get out of their little huddle and look at the receptionist
Receptionist: "Have you decided on your parties name yet?"
Rudin: "Yes we have, The name of our party will be-"
Luff: "Bacon Burger...." He's basically drooling at the mouth as he says it
Receptionist: "Bacon Burger it is then! Very unique might I say!
Both Kiru and Rudin blankly stare as their name gets finalized
Kiru: "Our name... Is Bacon Burger...."
Rudin: "That's what it seems like...."
They both sigh before looking back up
Kiru: Alright then, When can we go on our first quest!
Receptionist: "There aren't many good quests at this time so late at night so I'm afraid you'll have to wait until morning"
Rudin "I can take that, I'm Beat.
Kiru: "Yea I think I'd rather get some rest too."
Luff: "You guys can sleep, I wanna get some food"
Rudin: "Now that you mention it I definitely need a meal"
Kiru: "I don't even remember the last time I ate but now you got me hungry so why not
Receptionist: "Well since its your first night here and you all just registered everything is on us!"
Kiru "Hell yeah, free food!"
As Kiru Dashed towards the tables to order Rudin and Luff followed behind him.
After Tonight this would TRULY be the start of their Journey, for real this time I swear.
