Chapter 10 - Chapter IX: The Concord Decides

Behind sealed doors and marble walls, the Concord convened.

"She destabilizes entire regions," one general snapped.

"She inspires rebellion," said another.

"She turns civilians into witnesses," a third whispered.

At the head of the table sat Marshal Caelum Rask, architect of scorched-earth doctrine. His uniform was flawless. His conscience long retired.

"She is not a symbol," Rask said calmly. "She is a lesson we allowed the world to learn."

"What do you propose?" someone asked.

Rask's mouth curved slightly. "We erase her—openly, publicly. We make her death instructional."

Orders spread like disease. Elite units mobilized. Traps were laid not for Athena herself—but for those she would never abandon.
