His hands trembled. His chest felt tight, like someone had gripped it.
Without thinking, he jolted out of the house to his house
His parents weren't there.

He didn't have time for questions.
He pulled on a black hoodie, covering his face, hiding the features fans would kill to see. He didn't even look back.
The motorcycle roared to life. He pushed it to the limit, weaving through the streets.
There. In the distance. The bus.
And there she wasMinju, at the window, looking out.
"Minju…" he called, his voice barely carrying over the wind.
Her eyes widened. She froze.
The bus started moving. Slowly at first… then faster.
Jimin's chest clenched. He gritted his teeth and pushed the bike harder.
Every second felt like an eternity. What if she left before he reached her?
The bus sped up.
He drove faster. Faster than he had ever dared.
Finally, he reached the front of the bus.
The engine roared, tires screeching against the asphalt.
His hands shook.
His hoodie could slip
If anyone saw him his career could be in danger.
But he didn't care.
He jumped off the bike. The bus was about to pull away.
"Minju!" he shouted, running with everything he had.
Her eyes widened even more.
The bus slowed, startled by the sudden figure sprinting at it.
She opened the door.
Jimin reached her first, his hands gripping hers.
"Minju…" he breathed, his voice hoarse.
She looked at him, confused, tears brimming.
"We… we can finally be together," he said, voice breaking.
Her lips parted. "Uh…?"
He pulled her into his chest, holding her like he'd never let go.
And then… carefully, because the bus driver was only steps away and people could be anywhere…
He kissed her.
