3rd POV

After Arthur finished introducing himself to Kuro, Shalltear explained to her who Arthur truly was. And of course, once she finished hearing the explanation, Kuro was left completely speechless.
'…So there really are beings this unreasonable beyond our world… Thank goodness… I'm relieved to know that such an existence can still communicate rationally and civilly.' (Kuro)
Kuro let out a quiet sigh in her heart. She couldn't imagine what would happen if a being like that were incapable of reason.
At the same time, she felt a strange sense of happiness. With this, there was finally an existence equal to herself—someone other than Shiro.
'Shiro is different. Shiro is me, and I am Shiro. I don't see her as a separate being from myself. Besides… considering that irresponsible woman, thinking about it is pointless.' (Kuro)
Kuro snorted lightly as that thought crossed her mind.
…
Several days passed after Arthur met Shalltear and Kuro.
Arthur was given an unoccupied mansion near Shalltear's residence as a temporary place to stay. Over the past few days, Kuro had been visiting him frequently under the excuse of wanting to read comics from his world. She had completely gotten hooked on them.
Though in truth, she simply wanted to talk with Arthur and get to know him better. She even enthusiastically told him a little about her family.
"That's right, Arthur-kun. Is this your first time visiting another world? What are other worlds like?" (Kuro)
Kuro asked with genuine curiosity.
"It is my first time. Are you interested in other worlds?" (Arthur)
Kuro nodded eagerly. Shalltear also appeared interested in the topic, as she herself knew that countless other worlds existed.
"Hm… how should I explain this… Let's use something simple as an example. You know the comics you're reading? They're fragments of information from worlds that truly exist. Every story you read could be a world that genuinely exists somewhere. Because the imagination of writers may be a sign of a newly born universe. That's why the multiverse continues to expand endlessly…" (Arthur)
Arthur went on to explain various theories from his former world—parallel universes and the like. He grew slightly excited as he spoke, as he too looked forward to visiting other worlds someday, though that probably wouldn't happen anytime soon.
They had grown quite close by now—close enough to be called friends.
While Arthur, Kuro, and Shalltear were relaxing, enjoying snacks and discussing stories from the comics, Kuro—having finished the final page—closed the book and reached for her coat.
"I think I should head back now." (Kuro)
"You're leaving already, Kuro-san?" (Shalltear)
"Yes. I need to check on the others as well… they're all curious about the pressure Arthur-kun released a while ago." (Kuro)
As Kuro prepared to leave, she suddenly paused, remembering something.
"Oh, right! Arthur-kun, how about coming with us to meet my family? I'm sure they'd love to meet you. Right, Shalltear?" (Kuro)
Kuro grinned as she made the suggestion, stepping closer and grabbing Arthur's hand—like a child dragging a parent to a playground, especially considering her height.
Arthur was left speechless by her behavior.
"I don't see any problem with that. If Arthur-san is willing, we can go together. I don't have anything planned today either. What do you think, Arthur-san?" (Shalltear)
Shalltear shrugged and agreed to go along.
"Alright. I'm curious to meet them as well, considering how much Kuro talks about them." (Arthur)
Arthur nodded and accepted the invitation.

MC POV—
After we finished preparing, Kuro immediately used teleportation and brought us to an forsaken land. This place was truly isolated.
So this must be what they call the Forbidden Lands.
The ground of the Forbidden Lands was dark and cracked, as if it had once been scorched by a power beyond reason. There was no grass, no trees—no trace of what could be called normal life. Every step felt as though I was walking atop the remains of a world that had long since died.
This region had once served as the battlefield for the supreme rulers of the Demon Realm—beings whose power surpassed the laws of the world itself. Every step, every clash, every explosion of power had left scars that never truly faded. Residual magical energy seeped into the land, polluting the air, eroding existence, and rejecting any form of life that attempted to grow.
For ordinary beings, setting foot in the Forbidden Lands was equivalent to surrendering oneself to a slow death. The rampant magical energy there wasn't merely powerful—it was poisonous, piercing body, soul, and existence alike. That was why this land had been designated an absolute forbidden zone, one that only those standing at the pinnacle of power were allowed to enter.
Yet despite its emptiness, the Forbidden Lands served a purpose.
It was a place where the strongest could gather. A neutral, silent, absolute territory—one sturdy enough to withstand their presence, and empty enough to avoid further destruction.
"Ah… they're here." (Kuro)
I turned my gaze toward where Kuro was looking. Several magic circles appeared, accompanied by pressure strong enough to crush ordinary beings. In the next instant, several entities materialized.
Why do I call them entities?
Because some of them didn't even resemble humans.
"Is he the one who released that terrifying pressure a few days ago, Kuromueina?" (Magnawell)
I raised my head and saw a monster towering over 5,000 meters tall, shaking the earth with each step.
Dragon King, Magnawell Baskus Lardo Kurtzvald.
"He's definitely strong. I want to fight him." (Megiddo)
A woman stood casually nearby. Her long hair was crimson red, her height around 180 cm, with two horns curving backward from her head.
War King, Megiddo Argetes Borgnes.
"Good grief… can't you stop thinking about fighting for once?" (Lillywood)
Beside her stood a woman with green hair and eyes, her body radiating the aura of nature itself.
World King, Lillywood Yggdrasil.
"I sense something familiar from that pressure…" (Isis)
A woman with white hair and red eyes murmured softly. She wore a gothic-style dress, her body shrouded in death magic.
Death King, Isis Remnant.
"Kuromu-sama. We have arrived." (Ein)
A woman in a maid outfit stepped forward, standing around 150 cm tall. Her platinum hair was slightly longer at the sides while the rest was kept short.
Ein.
"Everyone, thank you for coming. I'd like you all to meet Arthur-kun. He's someone from another world, just like Shalltear." (Kuro)
Kuro enthusiastically introduced me to them. I could only go along helplessly and greet them.
"Arthur Twilight. You can call me Arthur." (Arthur)
