(I think that adding MHA: Two Heroes to the fic is a must)
...
"Hey, Jiro." Denki pulled his chair, sitting in front of Jiro as they were in class, having starting to pack up their bags as the last period of classes ended.
Some students were packing their bags as fast as possible, wanting to take a nap on their soft beds as long as they liked. After all, today was the last day of their first term.
"Hmm?" Jiro hummed, placing her pencil box in her bag, not glancing at the boy before her. Denki grinned as he leaned his head in his right palm, tilting his head at her.
"Knock knock." Jiro blinked, before sighing a little. Denki's randomness could be annoying sometimes, but Jiro learned to just deal with it, as in the end it usually ends with him making a fool of himself.
What she doesn't mention was that after the end of each joke or foolish act, she always ends up laughing. Denki acts somewhat normal with them, but he only acts like a complete fool for Jiro, knowing that her threshold for delight is low. One time she lost it because he said 'banana' at the wrong moment.
"Who's there?" Jiro asked with a disinterested tone, wanting to get this over with quickly. Denki's grin only widened.
"Where when?" Jiro blinked again as Denki continued. She'd never heard of people using this line before, Denki must have something smart, or stupid planned up.
"Where when who?" She asked in return.
"Mall, 1pm tomorrow, you and me." Jiro dropped the bag she was holding, staring at Denki in pure disbelief. The whole class stared at them, some with jaws drops, while a certain pink girl was grinning maniacally at the tea happening before her.
"Lame ass pick up line!" Bakugo shouted in the background. Jiro's face was bright red. She can't believe this yellow idiot asked her out in front of the whole class. Doing it by whispering was one thing when they fought during the Sports Festival, but this is just embarrassing! And she thought that festival date was a one-off!
"I-i-i...." Oh great, she couldn't even get her words out now. In the end, she just started poking Denki with her earphone jacks, face steaming all the while as she glared at him.
Denki just grinned as he took the attacks, which had no effect on him. Jiro was silent as she looked at the ground.
"Just... Just don't wear something stupid..." She whispered. Mina squealed.
"Oh my God my ship is sailing!" She cheered, as Jiro glared at her in turn.
"Speaking of the mall." Toru spoke up, raising her invisible hand, though all the class could see was her sleeve moving up.
"Sensei gave us lodge guides before he left, and I don't have most of the items listed in here. So I was thinking, do y'all wanna go shopping together tomorrow?" She suggested.
"Ooo that sounds fun! I'm in! Maybe we could all go get a bite afterwards!" Uraraka was down immediately. The class broke out in various discussions.
"Tch..." Bakugo snorted.
"Oh come on Bakugo, don't tell me you wanna miss out on this." Kirishima frowned a little at Bakugo, not wanting the blonde to miss out on bonding time. Bakugo glared at him.
"I didn't even say anything yet, genius!" He shouted. "I'll ask my mom later." He grumbled. The only reason he reacted unenthusiastically to Toru's idea was due to the fact that he needed to ask his mother, which in itself was a huge hassle, a battle that was a pyrrhic victory.
"Nice Bakubro!" Kirishima gave him a thumbs up. He looked at Denki, who looked a little annoyed at the fact that he probably wouldn't be getting his alone time with Jiro.
"Don't worry bro, we won't be third wheels. Just go have fun with her." The red haired teen patted his back, with the girls nodding in agreement, wanting Jiro to spend more time on her date with Denki.
" Go have fun with your mans!" Mina grinned giving Jiro a thumbs up.
"Sh-shut up..." Jiro stuttered, wishing she could just hide and never come out. Mina laughed before looking at Sukuna.
She tiptoed a little, her mouth close to his ear.
"How about we go on a date tomorrow?" She whispered. Sukuna raised an eyebrow, before looking at her with an amused smile.
"And here I was thinking that you weren't going to ask." He commented. Mina giggled, staring into his crimson eyes, finding it addicting to look at.
"Wanna do matching outfits?"
Sukuna only nodded in return.
"As you wish."
...
"You've failed, Hawks. This was a disaster." Madam President stared down Hawks. Hawks sighed, scratching his head. The amount of fire his agency and the HSPC as a whole was under was irritating to say the least.
"We both know that I wouldn't be able to keep him under control from the start." He stared up, a serious gaze.
"What of the behavioral evaluation?" Hearing her question, Hawks sighed again.
"Madam President, I have no words to say other than this... We should just be glad that he's on our side..."
...
"Hey."
"Hey..." Mina returned Sukuna's greeting with a shy smile. Even though they've already hung out hundreds of times, they've rarely seen each other in casual clothing, so there was an another type of nervousness added to it.
"You look..." Mina widened her eyes a little, now wanting Sukuna to finish his sentence more than ever. Sukuna gently brushed his finger along the side of her hair, a rare gentleness replacing his usual glare.
"I'd kill to look at this view everyday." Mina blinked, before laughing. Well this was Sukuna after all. It wouldn't be like him if he didn't compliment in a strange manner.
"Thanks babe, you look handsome too." She giggled, wrapping her arm around his as they walked into the Kiyashi Ward Shopping Mall, a shopping mall filled with many stores that sell items that are designed for different body types and Quirks.
"Where are the others?" Mina asked.
"They already got started. I wanted to wait for you first." Sukuna replied. Mina smiled. One of Sukuna's love languages that Mina had come to appreciate ever since she first met him was his acts of service. Not just the simple ones, but the quiet, hyper-precise ones.
He would remember tiny details she doesn't expect anyone to remember, such as her favorite drink temperature, which exercises strain her shoulders and which jokes are masking stress. Knowing that, he'd simply adjust reality slightly to make her day smoother.
"I haven't been to the mall in a while. So like, I have a bunch of stores I wanna check out."
"I'll come with you." Sukuna agreed, wanting to spend more time with her.
"Hehe! You're the best." Mina grinned at him, as they met with their classmates.
"Hey, you two." Momo waved at them. Mina waved back with a smile, before noticing Todoroki standing beside the black haired girl, looking down at his phone.
"Heyyyy Yaomomooo, so am I interrupting something?" Mina smirked, pointing at the two. Momo, initially was confused at what she meant, before realizing quickly.
"It's not like that!" She denied.
"Uh huh, so why is he carrying your stuff?" Mina argued, now pointing at the paper bags Todoroki was carrying. She knew those were all luxury women's brands, and unless Todoroki was buying them for his sister, there was no other explanation.
Momo stuttered, not knowing what to say. Todoroki looked up, noticing Momo was being backed up into a corner. "I wanted to help, she has a lot to purchase for the camp after all." Todoroki explained.
"Well, you two have fun." Mina laughed, waving at the two as she and Sukuna walked away.
"Oh yeah, uh..." Mina frowned a little, glancing up at Sukuna. "I kinda have to meet up with Uraraka and Tsuyu, we kinda agreed to buy some stuff together so—"
"It's alright Mina, just go with them. It's not like I'm going anywhere. We can just meet up afterwards." Sukuna nodded at her. Mina smiled, tiptoeing up a little, kissing him on the cheek.
"See ya later!" She grinned, sporting a small blush as she quickly rushed to a certain shop. Sukuna stared at her, before snorting a little.
"Well, to the game shop it is."
To be continued...
(sorry it was kind of a late upload)
(sukuna is canonically a nerd, so I think he'd be a gamer just because.)
