Year: 1203 AD,
It was complete domination of Rel and Blue.
They were molding battlefield according to their will, destroying all enemies.
Long range attack was not allowed but it wasn't needed because they were slaughtered at insane pace. Not even Junio could keep up with their movements.
[Blue]: Catastrophic Tier ability (GRAVITONS).
Blue murmured those words pointing at a point at some distance by his index finger tip and suddenly many near by demons were attracted towards it and turned into sauce.
All those demons faced insane amount of forces near that point.
Obviously Blue was using it at low range with less output.
[Rel]: Catastrophic Tier ability (SOUL BURN) minimum output.
This ability attacks directly at soul and thus none of the demons could resist it and crumbled to instant death.
Everyone within 100 metres died.
Junio sensed something dangerous approaching towards him and he turned to get knocked out by Rel SPIRIT Ball minimum output.
Junio was lying on his place watching all demons get massacred.
Junio's expressions were hard to read.
He was made demon against his will by the experimentations of Mayor. He doesn't have any particular attachment towards demons. He is fighting to stay alive.
For demons to stay alive, they require human blood.
Junio needs to live, he has a daughter. He can't give up hopes now. After surviving Mayor's torment, he can't lose now.
Thinking about it, Junio starts forcing evolution on himself.
It failed.
He tried.
Failed again.
He kept doing it because he can't lose now.
Finally, his evolution was accepted.
For him to demonify, Mayor had used his own blood cells.
Mayor was Demonified by Great Demon Lord Gleno, and Gleno have Mayor powers again after Demonification.
Naturally, Junio too contains some extent of Gleno's attributes and thus had Demonlord potential.
Junio's ascension was completed and a new Demon Lord was born.
It received Blue's attention.
[Blue]: Looks like an ant ascended to a fly.
[Rel]: What shall we do about him?
[Blue]: Let us use him to test our new close ranged attacks.
[Rel]: Fine.
Rel and Blue start circling Junio.
Junio just dashes out of the circle.
[Rel]: What a pain?
[Blue]: Looks like he has ascended to more speed type Demon Lord rather than magic ones.
[Rel]:Well he is still slower than us but we can't use our full speed right?
[Blue]: I take my words back. If that fly is going to hurt my lord's soldiers then he must be eliminated before by any cost.
[Rel]: He must be heading to bunkers.
[Blue]: I see.
For Junio, air was acting more and more like solid.
His speed which was causing huge damage suddenly stopped .
He was mid air.
Everything appeared black behind him and infront of him was just a small bright light spot.
He felt himself in a vaccum like space.
[Blue]: Uhu, I never imagined using Deity Tier Abilities on such bugs.
Junio was inside Blue's Deity Tier ability (SPACE KNIGHT).
This ability completely isolated Junio from surrounding.
Even though Junio ascended to Demon Lord and gained immense speed, he still lacked proper control. His increasing speed could have created nuclear like explosions.
While travelling with very high speeds, individuals cover their body with special Aura that prevents surrounding damage and drag (fluid friction).
They generally learn it through instincts or get ability to have control over it once they get that speed.
In the isolated space made by Blue, Junio was blanked out.
[Rel]: Spirit Bound.
Suddenly a lot of powerful glowing chains get wrapped around Junio restricting his movements.
[Blue]: This bug has potential so he can serve my lord.
Saying that Blue cover the isolated space with his black fog and Junio along with Blue's space gets swallowed by the fog.
Blue transported Junio to his singular space through one of the teleportation abilities.
Rel just saw this whole scenario with indifferent face.
[Rel]: We destroyed the army. There are few prisoners . Their fate will be decided by Derono.
[Blue]: Yes. I am eager to serve him.
Rel was looking at Blue with slightly suspicious eyes.
[Blue]: What is it kid Rel?
[Rel]: Well you do sound like Blue Knight and whatever but I had always seen you in that Blue shiny armour so your human form is surely freaking me out. It's something I had not seen before. You are not ugly but that's not what I meant.
[Blue]: Kufufufu...looks like kid Rel is jealous that I may become my lord's favourite. Don't worry kid Rel, I will make sure my lord will give you some of his attention.
Hearing those words Rel remained stunned.
It was looking like Rel was calculating something.
[Rel]: Hey, he was my friend from long ago. You really think you will earn his trust more than that I have? Are you trying to pick a fight?
[Blue]: Of course not kid Rel... however I won't refuse if you start so.
There was tension lingering in the atmosphere, between them.
[Rel]: I forgive you because Derono taught me to restraint myself.
Blue was looking confused with blank face.
Rel just flew away on his cloud.
On his departure, Blue smirked.
[Blue]: That chaotic kid surely started showing maturity. Of course my lord was the one to bring that change.
After murmuring those words Blue too flew away.
All demons that tried to escape Royal Empire were slaughtered by Fuji in the forest.
Fuji's armour was painted red by blood. His JUTE was covered by blood too.
[Fuji]: Looks like war has ended. Derono must have returned too since I can feel his Aura. He returned stronger.
Fuji then looked at the wounded adventurers that were looking at him with eyes full of admiration.
[Fuji]: Mayor has been defeated by Grey Adventurer Silver Tusk and he has returned safely. We have a new king now.
Adventurer whispered something among themselves and then shouted together.
[Adventurers]: Hail to our new king!
Before entering ROYAL EMPIRE, Fuji wrote a letter to Rightman informing him about victory against Mayor.
The letter was sent and Fuji and others entered the Royal Empire.
The letter was being taken by a pigeon .
The pigeon after travelling for few hours reached Underground Town.
Suddenly an arrow shoot down pigeon .
A spirit emitting black Aura grabbed the letter and read it.
She giggled and burnt the letter.
She was Supreme Spirit, Urike.
[Urike]: Looks like my younger brother surely made a mess for me.
Another voice echoes behind her.
"He always act against us. I hate lil brother."
It was another black spirit Irine.
Behind them was a huge pile of corpses of many adventurers.
[Irine]: Rightman escaped along with civilians. We missed him again.
[Urike]: But we do know where he will be. He will surely enter Royal Empire. Even if we couldn't catch him for now we still know where he is. Moreover isn't our little brother there too? We should calmly wait for my lord Gleno's orders.
[Irine]: Yes big sister.
Rightman with Underground Town people and Royal Empire's civilians were heading back to Royal Empire through a different path and would reach there within a day.
They were travelling through water and land. They divided into many groups for travel.
Rightman was traveling through ship .
"Who would have thought that those two spirits with have such power? It was terrifying. My clone couldn't even survive their powerful killing intent. They were forces on par with Great Demon Lord and they were serving him makes me terrified. I hope everything went well with Derono's side."
