"Waah! Nior-sama, I am flying"
Excited squeals from the pink-haired young girl drifted as she floated in the air, surrounded by light blue wisps of light.
For the past couple of months, Nior has been personally training Mitsuri. Normally, someone of his status shouldn't be bothered with this kind of job; once he finds a great talent, he never holds back in their development.
His lessons not only include combat practise, but also many other theoretical basics, scientific and magical studies, and the knowledge of the vastness of the cosmos. Being an ancient being, Nior is a traditionalist and does not believe in sharing his learnings with anyone other than his own people.
Of course, the Kamado family is also full of talented individuals, but some of that comes from the buffs of the fate of this world. Kie has some potential; it was the reason she received blessings. Now, Nior can wait and see how much ordinary humans can grow with his powers.
If compared in terms of soul strength, Muzan is stronger than Tanjiro. He was born with a fragile body, yet survived childhood through sheer will, a thousand years ago, when treatments weren't advanced. Undoubtedly, Muzan, too, was blessed by fate.
The interference of the world has significantly disrupted things. Even Nior is frustrated by the current situation. In this world, basically, everyone aside from the main cast is useless. It's as if they are just NPCs made as placeholders. But it is not entirely the case; Nior can clearly see they have souls and unique personalities. Powerful personality and strong self-identity are two of the important factors to awaken the Unique Skill of the Vampires.
These factors should allow individuals other than the main cast to reincarnate as Vampires, but Nior knows that the normal method to increase his army will fail if tried with normal people of this world. After careful observation of the past months, he came to two conclusions: First, further study of the fundamental laws of various universes is required. Second is to sacrifice all the souls in this world to have a greater chance for Mitsuri to become a powerful vampire.
Technically, it is possible to reduce souls to energy and vice versa; Similarly, with enough energy, souls can be created. Obviously, the complex nature of souls makes it difficult to convert them fully into energy. Some residue is always left, like the markings of the original universe, memories, traits or traces of the innate personality.
In the other case, the energy required to create artificial souls must be extremely pure, refined and potent. That is only the prerequisites. The knowledge of creating souls isn't widespread. One needs to create their own methods through trial and error. Anyways, only Universal and Multiversal beings can create intelligent life easily. Just in certain reactions, a catalyst makes it feasible, and a promoter improves the effects of the catalyst; interference in existence at such a level requires the qualifications of becoming a higher being.
"Moshi moshi? Nior-sama, what are you thinking so deeply?"
Mitsuri's voice snapped him out of his thoughts. She started using honorifics with his name when he officially started her training.
'It's too much headache. I will leave Marie to deal with the research. I was here to enjoy, yet I am getting myself new work.'
Nior turned his head upward slightly to look at the confused face of the floating young girl in front of him. He has been nourishing her for the past few hours with mana to prepare her body for Sun Breathing.
"It's nothing important, Mitsuri. Tell me how you feel?" Nior smiled gently and asked her.
"Hm... It feels nice. I am relaxed, and this blue air is cool and refreshing" Mitsuri nodded and, after thinking for a moment, spoke.
"That's good. I can see you like flying. How about we go for a trip since your training for the day is almost over? We can also buy something sweet to eat" Nior looked at her calmly and started to float as well. The only difference was that there was no visible energy around him.
"Yay! Let's go!" The pink-haired girl nodded excitedly as they both gained altitude.
Now the question arises, why isn't Nior using Vampiric Energy to make Mitsuri even more powerful? The answer is simple - the energy belonging to vampires is too powerful, unlike a regular magical source.
Vampiric Energy, just like Nior, is an ever-growing and evolving energy. Nior spent countless years integrating different Cosmic Energies, Odinforce, a weaker version of Phoenix Flames (not Phoenix Force), and other energies to make what today is one of the most supreme of the energies present inside the Marvel Universe in which Nior is residing.
The energy in large quantities is too much for even Vampires. Just like submerging a human in the nutrient tank completely will suffocate them, as they cannot absorb all the nutrients that are supposed to be beneficial for them, the vampires will die along with their souls if too much Vampiric Energy is taken in by their system.
For a normal human like Mitsuri, even a single strand can wipe her out of existence.

Another beautiful morning, and after running a dozen kilometres, Mitsuri was now lying on the ground breathing hard.
Her chest rose and fell as she took deep breaths. Her stomach rumbled loudly after the intense warm-up.
With a flushed face, she quickly stood up and shouted, "I can still go on."
'Will he not find me beautiful if he sees me eating too much?' inwardly, she thought, and sneakily looked at his reaction.
Seeing that pitiful look, Nior couldn't help himself and chuckled.
"No need to worry. Let's take a break and find you a place to eat," Nior said and extended his hand towards her.
Her heart skipped a beat, and she took his hand slowly.
'Nior-sama is the best,' she thought with a smile as they ran towards the nearby restaurant.
In just over an hour, Mitsuri and Nior had finished the entire ration of the place they were eating in. The shop owner had a very strange look on his face; meanwhile, Mitsuri was also surprised that someone could eat as much as she did. Nior is usually a gentle and kind person; accompanying someone for a meal is basic courtesy.
That said, he certainly isn't gentle during training. After resting for a few more minutes, he pulled out some weights from who knows where and dropped them near Mitsuri's feet.
"Break time's over. Come on, today we are doing a thousand lifts."
"I will give it my all"
Mitsuri shouted with determination and started lifting weights.
Hmm?
Nior and Mitsuri both looked surprised when a hundred-kilogram dumbbell was lifted effortlessly from the ground by Mitsuri.
'Mana nourishments enhance normal humans this much?'
Nior quickly understood the reason and changed the equipment.
"Let's start with two hundred kilos. Then, we will push towards a thousand."
"Hai!"

Grand Sorcerrors can will anything into existence, and it will happen. As beginners, we take assistance of spells and runes, but if you are strong enough, you can bypass these steps," Nior explained as he lifted his finger, and a bright red rose appeared out of nowhere.
Mitsuri blushed slightly and took it.
'Hmm... it smells good. Just like Nior-sama.'
Nior also taught magic, along with combat, in the evenings after the day's physical training was over. Although she cannot yet wield magical energy, learning isn't a problem. The more she knows, the stronger she will become as a vampire.
"These are Asgardian runes. They form the basis for higher magical theories, so you need to memorise and understand all of them."
"Nior-sama, they are harder than haiku. I don't understand at all," rapidly shaking her head, Mitsuri slumped down on the ground.
Nior could only sigh.
'At least she is smarter than Thor.'
As the training continued, far away, Demon King Kibutsuji Muzan trembled with fear.

Author's Note: I got exams starting the day after tomorrow, so the updates will be less. I have 7 exams over the next month, so I will have some time to write. Studying continuously would be tiring too, so I will write to freshen my mind.
