2 days after the ceremony, King George II is consulting his physiciam regarding his declining health, the physician told him that if his health worsen in the next 5 days, he might only have 2 months to live. As the physician left the king, King George II ordered his servnt to write a letter to his cabinet to hold a cabinet meeting 5 hours from now. He also personally wrote a letter to his old friend Benedict who once was his personal butler who is very well educated in politics and very well trained in swordsmanship.
1 hour before the cabinet starts, a flashy carriage was seen by Prince Louis entering the palace, it was the carriage Noble Samuel who is incharge with the treasury of the kingdom. Prince Louis also saw the carriege of Duke Van Wessenaer as he hope that his friend Neferatau was along with his father. Meanwhile King George II is also getting ready for the cabinet meeting. Noble Samuel bowed before the king and stated his dismay to Prince Louis' speech 2 days ago in the ceremony. Every member of the cabinet arrived one by one to the castle and greeted the king.
As the meeting was about to start King George II first announced that in 2 months he will leave the responsibility of king to his only son Prince Louis. The cabinet was in chaos on what the king have announced, the duke of Solvaris and assigned with handling political affairs of the kingdom. Duke Charles stated his opinion that if he passed his responsibility to Prince Louis as king, a civil war might happen especially with the speech that Prince Louis made in the ceremony. Duke Charles tried to persuade King George II on not leaving his role too soon, but it was futile as King George II already made his mind. King George II formally started the cabinet meeting with the complain of Noble Barjo about the abnormal inflation of the market goods that is being imported inside the kingdom. Noble Samuel glances to Duke Wesennaer for he is assigned in handling the market. Duke Van explained about the overpricing of other kingdom when importing their goods inside. Duke Van also stated that the Kingdom of Estmere wants to wage war to the Kingdom of Regenreich to take the city that I govern in the east, Neferfall. King George II is worried that if the Kingdom of Estmere waged war to them, a war between 6 kingdoms may occur. Noble Samuel proposed to get ready with the war to add a 10% tax on everything we export and sell inside the kingdom. Knight Commander Alexander who was assigned with Military stated that the military fund is not enough to buy new equipments for the soldiers to prepare with the war. King George II approved the proposal of Noble Samuel. King Geroge II ordered Commander Alexander to ready their camp bases in Neferfall to prepare for the attack of the Kingdom of Estmere. As the meeting ends, Benedict was already waiting outside the meeting room. King George II went in with Benedict to discuss an important matter. King George II wants Benedict to guide Prince Louis as king once he died soon. Benedict was shocked to hear that from the king, he agreed to do it but he wants the duke of Neferfall to lose his sit on the cabinet. King George II disagree but, he will make Benedict into a Marquis as soon as Prince Louis was seated on the throne.
