Asher Ryder sat down next to his Omega. The man did not say a word, merely reaching out to wipe away a smudge still clinging to Ewan's cheek. The night grew deeper, the moon reaching its zenith and bathing the entire sky in a silvery white glow.
"Ready to head back?" Asher asked.
"I do not know yet, perhaps we should wait a little longer." Ewan leaned fully against Asher's body. The night wind was blowing cold, and having an Alpha to act as a windbreak was indeed much better.
"Planning to catch a few more?"
Seeing the small head buried in his chest nod in agreement, Asher could not help but muse for a moment, "But I am afraid it will be difficult to catch any more like the ones from earlier."
Ewan understood this as well. According to the locals, the wild Slimes in this area were all of a very low tier, practically useless. The few Slimes they managed to catch today could already be considered top-tier among the wild ones.
