'The Kid's got more chi flowing through his body and his a large reserve of fragment energy. But he can't contain it so he's not a good fighter. The other guy has less chi and fragment energy, but I couldn't even sense him. Meaning his got combat experience. Too much of a drag I'd rather fight the kid, kill him and move on.'
"Come at me!" The man screamed.
'So much energy, how I supposed to…'
BAAM!
He launched an attack in the form of a fist that grazed Gil's left cheek.
PUNCH!
Gil took the initiative and decided to aim for the man's gut.
"Was that suppose to hurt." The man laughed, "It tickles though."
The man used a kick to send him flying back.
"C'mon." The man in white caught and stabilizing him. "Your not out yet." He then pushed Gil forward.
"Did you feel it?"
"Feel what--"
The man took this chance to try and punch Gil, but Gil dodged.
"If you can't realize it then you're not ready."
'What is he talking about?'
"Keep your attention on me, otherwise you'll end up dead." He said swinging, "Although I want that, so stay weak for me will you?"
'Ok, what have I learned about fragment energy do far?' Gil though blocking punches and returning them, 'It's a type of energy that comes into being when life energy (Chi) combines with fragments in the body. You can use it to enhance your body's capability, that's exactly what I'm doing I'm sending fragment energy to my hands and using it to enhance my physical strength.'
"Damn it!"
BLUE: ELECTRIC CURRENT!
Gil grabbed a hold of the man's fists and ran a current through his body.
"Ahhh!" The man screamed as he got shocked. Gil let go leaving his stumbling backwards.
"Did I get it?"
"Nope." The man shook his head, "You just used your technique you didn't follow my instructions. I asked you if you felt it or not."
"You little piece of shit!" The man got up with punch to the jaw, sending Gil flying upwards and hitting his head on the roof of the cart.
"You got to figure it out, coz I'm not going to help you until you do."
"Ok---"
PUNCH!
The man landed a punch sending the poor boy crashing through the roof of the cart. Reflexively he caught on to the side of the cart. A normal bullet train travels at around 70 miles per hour. And honestly let's just say you might not wanna find yourself off that train by any means when its moving.
"I'll keep this fight going, its mildly infuriating how he can withstand my punches. Or are you gonna help him?"
"No."
"Ok, I'm off." The man jumped through the hole Gil had made going through the roof.
"Sorry Gil I promised Akame I'd hold down the forte, figure out what you need to then come back."
Up on the roof the man just stood upright to Gil's horror, meanwhile he struggles just holding on.
'How is he…' He concentrated fragments into his eyes, 'He concentrated some of his fragment energy into his feet. Ok, so can I do the same? Maybe but I'd probably need to concentrate I'm more inexperienced than him.'
But that was easier said than done, the wind pressed against his cheek making sure he stayed down.
"Bye, bye."
The man raised his feet and put them down on Gil's fingers.
"Gyaa." He had to let go, "Damn, I was sloppy I couldn't concentrate fragment energy there from my eyes fast enough.'
He grabbed onto another side of the next train car. 'But why, I didn't have this problem back in the village or when I was fighting with Miss. Jericho. It happened as soon as we left the city, its like the energy's being dissipate before it can concentrate.'
"You're a rat!" The man jumped next to him. This time Gil grabbed his leg.
"Hey let go!"
'You fragment energy control is sloppy.'
'With the way you're leaking fragment energy…'
"I'm losing energy."
THE LAW OF ENERGY CONVERSION OF ENERGY!
'When I move fragment energy back to my fingers from my eyes some of it is lost. That's why my attacks are getting weaker.'
Gil used the man's leg for support as he got up. He then concentrated fragment energy to his feet.
PUNCH!
DODGE!
Gil moved his neck and upper body since he was no good at it yet.
'If that's the case then.'
Gil geared up for another punch, this time he understood what the man in white wanted him to understand.
"CHA!" He shouted as he punched the man in the gut, it landed. But this time it was different, it had more energy in it.
"Gyaa!" The man spat.
Gil didn't relent, he kept on with the assault one to the nose, one to the left cheek, one to the right cheek, back to the gut.
'He's not giving me anytime to process these hits.' Thought the man, it was honestly the only he could do.
"One more, Ha CHA!" He landed the last one to the man's face.
Destabilizing him, His concentration faded and his attachment to the roof of the car.
"Shit!" He flew off the training, "I can't stop!" He screamed.
BLUE: ELECTROSTATIC POTENTIAL DIFFERENCE!
Suddenly someone caught him. He looked up it was Gil.
"Hey." He.
"The fuck are you doing?" The man asked barely holding on.
"What do you mean?"
"I'm your goddamn enemy, you should let go of me go!"
"Oh, you're my enemy. But you haven't done anything to though." Gil wondered, "Did you think we were enemies?"
"Are you insane, I tried to fucking kill you. And if you save me I'll end up killing you later." The man lectured.
"Then I'll just beat some sense into you." Gil answered, "If I end up killing everyone who attacks me then we might not end up being friends in the future. I've realized something, and that is that not all white people are bad and that there are some black people back home who are bad too." Gil thought of Joy's father.
"So at the very least I'll try and see why you'd try and kill me."
"Pfft! You'll end up just dying that way. In this line of work people will take advantage of that kid."
"True, I know." Gil smiled, "But if I'm super strong then it won't matter will it? I'll beat you as many times as I can."
What about them?
Suddenly he heard voices, 'What about us Gil?' The spirits asked. 'You promised to kill all of those in white.'
"I haven't broken it yet, have I?"
"Who are you talking to?" Asked the man.
"Oh, not you." Gil pulled him close to the car roof. "The only people I currently want to kill are those at the top. I want to kill all those in white who just sit on their high horse and didn't even care about the torture we endured. But if you try and get in my way."
Gil turned to him staring into his eyes. "I will kill you too."
A chill ran down his spine, he could feel it, the malice in his heart. 'He's actively trying to suppress it. Behind that soft exterior is a man ready to kill everyone. Revenge? No, I think its much deeper than that.'
"Anyway, you better go, if Akame or Mr.... catches you they will actually kill you. I'm not like them, their monsters." He continued to walk back to the hole.
'Nah kid, you're the only monster here.' The man began rethinking his job choices from that point on. 'I should've just listened to my mom and became a baker. This sorcerer life ain't for me.'
OUT CLASSED, HE ACCEPTS DEFEAT.
