Jin Yue returned to his group with steady steps, but the world still felt slightly off beneath his feet. The dizziness had not fully faded. It lingered at the edges of his senses, a faint haze that made his movements slower than usual, his focus just a fraction less sharp than it should have been.
Even so, he did not show it.
By the time he approached Team 417, the others had already gathered, their expressions shifting the moment they saw him.
"Jin!"
Mu Qing was the first to react, stepping forward immediately, concern written openly across his face. "Where did you go? You disappeared after the round...we couldn't find you anywhere!"
Huo Zhen clicked his tongue, crossing his arms. "Yeah, you win first place and then just vanish? What kind of move is that?"
Ba Ryou said nothing, but his gaze remained fixed on Jin Yue, sharp and observant.
Yun Ke, as always, stayed composed...but his attention did not miss a single detail.
