Ficool

Chapter 1 - Prologue

It was a normal evening. A boy was running late after running some errands for his mother. Fearing he would be scolded by his mother he hurried back home.

At that time he was in the market of the village. There were not many people present there. It was the closing Time for the market after all.

While making his way home he heard a voice. Lakota! Lakota! Lakota! Lakota!

He looked back it was a acquaintance. It was the Feline butcher. He was in his humanoid beastial form. This form was like that of a cat. His entire body covered with black fur. With his face being a mix of human and cat, but mostly cat. Even his hands like feline like With claws.

Shopkeeper Uncle why are you in beastial form? Asked Lakota.

Kid are you dense!? Don't you feel it? It's starting to get cold. If i use this form i won't have put more layers and i can work more comfortablely.

Ehhhhhh! What do you mean? It's not that cold!(With snark)

SHUT IT! NOW WAIT THERE.

He went inside his shop. He was a man of big stature and was also hulking in physique. He wears clothes made with animal hides, furs and plant fibers. His head was decorated with a hat made with bird feathers. Typical fashion of this community.

After sometime he came back. He brought some pieces of meat that were unsold for the day. He gave them to me with a gental smile.

Make sure to enjoy that with your mom, kiddo!

I was in awe. Really i can take it!?

Of course! Anyways better get going now. Your mother is going to be angry otherwise. Now get going.

After thanking the kind man, i quickly made my way towards my home. On my way i saw that old sweet granny, who sometimes gives me treats to eat.

I greeted her and she happily gave me some fruits without saying anything first. Enjoy them she said. Her entire body was frail but she still liked to roam around the village. Everybody knew and liked her.

I thanked her and went on my way. My house was near the forest. On the west side of the village. I was making my way there. I saw people going around doing their business. It was just a normal day like any other.

I saw the fence surrounding the farm and my house. It had become dark by the time i had reached my house. I was in for a hard punishment when i entered house. My mother was waiting for me while sitting in a chair with eyes of a hawk.

OH NOOOOOOO!
