As of writing this it's my first night here, and im currently in a makeshift tree house, well more of a tree platform.
When I got dropped into this world I first thought it was a dream. But after scraping myself on a rock I realised I wasn't asleep. Well that and the fact I wasn't an all powerful god.
After scraping myself on the rock I decided i was gonna look for 3 things. A shelter of sorts, a running water source and lastly intelligente life.
The last one was more of a wish than a necessity though.
Ah I forgot to mention that I was ontop of a small hill in the middle of the forest at that time.
Using my well not very impressive but noteable scout area I looked for any signs of smoke, water or movement.
I saw none of the things I actually looked for but instead an really obnoxiously bright sun. Which is something to remeber cause the sun is likely closer, bigger or and hotter than our sun.
The scouting failed me and I had to venture outwards to find anything useful.
I wandered for about 20 minutes away from the hill until I found anything useful. That useful being a creature ive never seen before.
Which ultimately made sense, I expected a diffrence in the worlds but suprisingly the creature wasn't too alien and was atleast comprehensible and I coulod explain most of the features I saw.
The creature was a four pretty long legged creature, with the legs taking about 70 prosent of the height.
This makes me belive its most likely a herbivoure as he could use a similar tactic as giraffes were they have to reach high to eat. Though it can also be for some other reasons like climbing and perhaps better scouting seeing as it saw me pretty fast even thought i was hidden behind a tree, that might be my hiding skills though.
Well from what I saw it was a deer like head shape but without antlers so means it might be female, a antlerless species, or they sheded their antlers or it might just not be a deer type of animal judging by the fact its another world.
Anyways after the animal ran away I moved forward and eventually after like 40 minuets found a running water source, well more accuratly a waterfall which made it pretty easy to get clean water. (always safer to boil it though just incase)
After that i got some logs and just put them on a tree which is were I am right now.
Its pretty uncomfortable and tomorow I will defently try and make some sort of tent and bed.
