Inside the Room of Requirement.
Lucien sat behind the podium, rapidly correcting Ron's blueprints with a pen.
Ron stood beside Lucien, hands clasped, a little uneasy, his gaze flitting between his own blueprints and his good friend Harry.
Harry was currently hunched over a desk, clutching a pen, writing and pausing on a test paper.
This was the paper Lucien had given him when he first arrived, a pop quiz to check his recent learning progress.
The test paper included fill-in-the-blanks, multiple-choice, and short-answer questions.
Harry's head felt twice its normal size, and he constantly pushed up his glasses and scratched his hair.
Ron's gaze towards Harry couldn't help but flash with a hint of sympathy.
He had originally thought Harry only needed to cut materials and burn cauldrons, but he hadn't expected...
"No need to envy, you'll have your turn too."
Lucien said without lifting his head.
Hearing this, Ron's face stiffened instantly, and he subconsciously pointed at himself with a finger,
"Huh, me too?"
"That's right, mechanical principles need to be memorized, drawings need to be made, all of these will be tested."
Lucien continued to review Ron's blueprints, speaking in a normal tone.
In fact, judging from these drawings, Ron did seem to have some talent in mechanical aspects.
At least better than his performance in magic.
However, as the descendant of a Wizard family, and not a Squib, Ron would never become a mechanical engineer or anything like that.
So, if Ron hadn't approached him about learning Alchemy Mechanical, it would probably be a long time before this talent was discovered.
Phew, fate is unpredictable.
After correcting the blueprints, Lucien explained them to Ron again, supervising him as he made the revisions.
"Hmm, very good."
"Let's put mechanical theory aside for now; we're going to learn Transfiguration."
Alchemy itself encompassed a portion of Transfiguration and Potion knowledge.
And in the field of Alchemy Mechanical that Ron wanted to learn, Transfiguration was even more crucial, especially the transformation of inanimate objects into other inanimate objects, which had to be thoroughly understood and mastered.
Hearing that he was going to seriously learn magic, Ron immediately became happy.
Although he was also interested in mechanical knowledge, as a child who grew up immersed in magic, Ron was still more familiar and comfortable with magic.
In fact, not only Ron, but even Harry, who was struggling with his test, couldn't help but perk up his ears and look over when he heard this.

Facing Ron's question, Lucien merely glanced at him,
"Oh? So you've already learned it? Turning a match into a silver needle?"
"Uh..."
Ron awkwardly touched his long nose, his tone a bit unnatural,
