Chapter 214 - Chapter 214: Goku’s Three Years of Fantastic Adventures

As evening approached, the aircraft landed right at the entrance of Kame House.

The gentle-natured Launch carried the still-sleeping Little Piccolo inside, and everyone gathered around the table to enjoy a sumptuous dinner.

After the meal, the group remained seated around the table. "Goku, surely you can tell us about your experiences over these past few years now?"

Krillin, unable to contain his curiosity, asked.

What kind of experiences could possibly have led to such a massive surge in Goku's power—an increase so profound that even King Piccolo himself had been defeated with ease?

The others, too, craned their necks and pricked up their ears, listening intently.

Holding nothing back, Goku began to recount everything that had happened to him over the past three years:

"It all started on that day..."

"Well, as I was saying earlier, I was up on the mountain training—carrying a huge boulder on my back—when suddenly... and then... yeah, that's pretty much how it went."

Given Goku's particular brand of logic and his limited command of language, it was simply impossible to expect him to recount his experiences over the past three years with any great flair or minute detail. More often than not, his descriptions were rather blunt and simplistic.

Yet, Bulma and the others listened in utter stupefaction; their expressions shifted wildly from one moment to the next, and gasps of astonishment rang out incessantly.

Had they not trusted implicitly that Goku would never lie, they would never have believed that such utterly incredible adventures were even possible. Tales of serving as a teacher at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and mastering all manner of miraculous magic...

Stories of joining the Demon Slayer Corps to learn "Breathing Techniques," hunting down demons—including the Upper and Lower Ranks—who possessed bizarre supernatural powers, and ultimately slaying Muzan Kibutsuji...

Accounts of joining a Mage Guild, battling against powerful mages of all stripes, and even taking down the world-destroying Black Dragon... He had even managed to leave that alternate-dimension Earth behind to take a spin around the cosmos!

And to think that this same Goku—who had effortlessly defeated King Piccolo while utilizing less than one percent of his true power—had himself been instantly annihilated by the likes of Odin and the Ancient One...

Not to mention the existence of even more formidable entities, such as the Dimensional Demon Gods...

It was truly an eye-opening experience.

By comparison, King Piccolo suddenly seemed to pale into utter insignificance.

Even if the young Piccolo were to grow and mature in the future—amassing ten, or even a hundred times his current strength—he would still be no match for Goku.

The crucial point is that Goku himself is still growing at an explosive rate.

Thanks to his training with gravity magic, Goku's power level continues to climb higher with every passing day.

"That is truly incredible! No wonder your power has skyrocketed so much."

"Compared to your training regimen, our own efforts really aren't even worth mentioning."

After listening to Goku recount his fantastical adventures over the past three years—as well as the formidable opponents he had encountered—Krillin and Yamcha couldn't help but voice the same sentiment.

They had previously believed that their own training over these three years had been incredibly rigorous.

In addition to an enhanced version of the Turtle School training regimen, they had incorporated sparring sessions and experimented with numerous new techniques.

In terms of sheer effort, they truly had worked far harder than ever before.

Consequently, their combat prowess had also seen a significant improvement.

However, when compared side-by-side with Goku, the disparity was so vast that there was simply no comparison to be made.

Perhaps, after a little while, they too should venture out into the world; they couldn't just keep cooped up at home, training in isolation forever.

"Goku, Goku! Do you think I could learn magic?"

Bulma asked, her voice tinged with anticipation.

As a scientific prodigy with an off-the-charts IQ, she actually harbored a certain curiosity toward magic—that most unscientific of forces.

"Sure, you can! As long as you train hard enough to first cultivate your Ki,"

Goku nodded.

Wizards at Hogwarts possess an innate magical lineage, which is what enables them to practice magic.

Similarly, the Mages of the Fairy Tail guild require an internal reservoir of magical energy to qualify as mages.

Therefore, if an ordinary person wishes to learn magic, they must undergo arduous physical training to hone their body to a level where they can generate and harness Ki.

Once they reach that stage, they can utilize their Ki as a substitute for magical energy to cast spells.

That was precisely how he himself had done it.

Bulma, being a mere mortal, possessed neither a wizard's lineage nor any innate magical energy; thus, she would have to undergo rigorous physical training to cultivate her Ki.

"In that case... forget it! There is no way I'm turning into some muscle-bound tomboy!"

Upon hearing this, Bulma instantly lost all interest in magic.

For a delicate, high-society young lady like herself, being forced to train and exercise day in and day out—just like Goku and his friends—would be a fate worse than death.

"If any of you are interested in learning, I could send you to Hogwarts... or perhaps to the Fairy Tail guild,"

Goku said, turning his gaze toward Krillin, Yamcha, Tien Shinhan, and Chiaotzu. All four of them possessed a considerable amount of Ki—even stronger than what he himself had when he first began training in other worlds—so naturally, they were capable of learning and casting magic.

"Goku, is that really possible?"

Upon hearing this, the four of them immediately—their eyes lighting up with excitement.

In truth, however, they didn't harbor a great deal of enthusiasm specifically for the study of magic.

While magic was certainly impressive, based on Goku's descriptions, there was hardly any magic spell that could rival the sheer destructive power of a Ki Blast.

Moreover, learning it was quite time-consuming; Goku himself used it primarily for support purposes.

When it came to actual combat, one still had to rely on Ki.

What they truly desired was to venture into the various worlds Goku had described—to gain experience and undergo rigorous training, to duel against powerful masters, and to truly hone their skills.

After all, on Earth in their own world, there were no longer any masters left capable of providing them with the challenges they needed to further refine themselves.

"Of course! Just tell me directly which world you'd like to visit, and I'll send you there."

Goku nodded.

He, too, wanted Krillin and the others to grow stronger quickly; that way, the World Martial Arts Tournament three years from now would be all the more exciting.

As for the matter of keeping the "White Space" a secret...

Grandpa Dumbledore had merely instructed him to keep it confidential from those he didn't trust; yet, everyone currently in this room—teachers and friends alike—was entirely trustworthy.

Even Tien Shinhan and Chiaotzu had stood firmly on their side when facing the Great Demon King Piccolo.

And now, having truly turned over a new leaf, they were preparing to train under Grandpa Master Roshi.

"So, which world do you guys want to go to?"

Goku asked.

The four of them discussed it amongst themselves for a moment and ultimately decided to head to the world of Fairy Tail to gain some solid experience.

Hogwarts wasn't a suitable fit for them; in the world of Demon Slayer, the demons had already vanished; and in the Marvel Universe, the Dimensional Gods were opponents so formidable that even Goku himself would be no match for them.

Therefore, the world of Fairy Tail remained the most suitable choice.

The top-tier Mages there possessed strength comparable to their own; furthermore, the world was home to powerful Dragons, as well as the Giant Magic and Gravity Magic that Goku held in such high regard.

It was, without a doubt, a world well worth visiting for the sake of training and gaining experience.

"However, not right this moment. Let's wait until we're fully prepared before we set off."

"Sounds good! Just give me a heads-up beforehand when you're ready, and I'll come pick you up."

Goku nodded once again. When I get a spare moment, I should go consult with Grandpa Makarov. I'll suggest that Krillin and his three companions join the guild first; that way, they can gain some practical experience by taking on missions from the guild's quest board.

"Goku, could you bring out that spaceship the Asgardians built? I'd really like to study it."

Having given up on learning magic, Bulma had now turned her interest toward Asgardian technology instead.

Although Earth in their own world possessed many groundbreaking technologies, it had yet to master the specific techniques required to construct spaceships.

If she could successfully reverse-engineer the Asgardian vessel and master the technology behind space travel, the Capsule Corporation could open up an entirely new business avenue in this field—one focused on expanding into the cosmos.

Once that happened, they would finally be able to venture out and see what the universe beyond this world's Earth actually looked like.

Would it be anything like the Marvel Universe—teeming with all sorts of magnificent alien civilizations?

Of course, since she would be acquiring this spaceship technology from Goku, she fully intended to cut him in on the profits once the venture took off.

Not that the current Goku was exactly short on money, anyway.

"Sure! Though, it is pretty big, so we'll have to go outside the house."

Naturally, Goku wouldn't turn down Bulma's request. He led the group out of the Kame House and, reaching into his capsule case, retrieved the gleaming, golden Ape God—his Asgardian spaceship.
