The Apostle Army Plan, also known as the Ascended Plan, is another major project of Lucas's after the Sorcerer Supreme Team.
The Sorcerer Supreme Team is responsible for guarding the home, which is something Lucas promised after receiving investment from the Ancient One when he was weak.
The Apostles are responsible for finding energy sources, which is key for Lucas to advance further.
The energy required for the fourth stage far exceeds the previous stages. He has already invested over 30 billion points, yet still hasn't seen the full impact of the fourth stage. Evidently, relying on himself alone, it might take an extremely long time to accumulate enough.
According to Lucas's statistics, a living Planet (Earth) can generate about 30,000 points daily.
While a star (Proxima Centauri) can generate about 8,000 points daily.
Lucas estimated that if he were to use dark magic methods, a 'kill the chicken to get the eggs' approach, directly eliminating all humans on Earth at once, he should be able to obtain about 1.5 billion points.

Taking a step, Lucas arrived at the dimensional fragment outside Earth-404, and casually drew some dark power to outline the magic circle for communicating with the God of Symbiotes.
The moment the magic circle formed, a black pillar of light shot up into the sky, plunged into the void, and stirred up ripples.
A moment later, intermittent voices sounded from the bottomless depths of the void.
"Who is it, calling the great Lord of the Abyss, Cosmic Satan, God of Symbiotes?"
Accompanying the voice was the gaze cast by Knull.
Lucas met his gaze, piercing through layers of cosmic membranes, crossing endless space, and clearly seeing Knull's current appearance.
He was seated high above. Behind him was a throne made of white bones, with spinal bones on the throne coiling like dragons and snakes.
In his hand, he clutched a crimson longsword, the patterns on which resembled pulsating blood vessels.
Terrifying, evil, cruel, bloody.
Most importantly—freedom!
Knull, the God of Symbiotes at this time was free.
Lucas couldn't help but feel fortunate.
Fortunate for Knull, the God of Symbiotes.
Fortunate that he communicated with Knull, the God of Symbiotes in a dimensional fragment outside the Universe, so he didn't have to worry about exposing Earth-404's coordinates.
