Project Mu - Experiment done of Shrek Academy to make a God Rank Martial Soul so it was born Project Mu as Mu En ( 10000 years ago was the head of Sea God Pavilion and Rank 99 Limit Douluo with Martial Soul - Light Holy Dragon ) so as to make the project Shrek Academy used genes of Dragon God Douluo Mu En and Dragon Emperor Douluo Xiaoyao (  Martial Soul - Darkness Holy Dragon ) as both reached Rank 99 and their Martial Soul Quality of Super Martial Souls and to merge both Martial Souls into one so they added Genes of Soul Beast Cyclops due to failure of Project Long due to Genes of Twin Headed Cyclops but Cyclops were chosen now as they have Chaos Attribute which is the origin of all attributes as it is mix of them all so due to it he can use all other attributes
