Chapter 11 - JUST AN ABANDON BOOK

"My name is Bianca brown, I've known you ever since you were a child". The scientist said. "Wait,, you aren't really a scientist, you were actually following me" I said. "I'm sorry, I just need the help of a level 18 student." She said. "Forget it, I ain't buying it, not me" I argued. "What if I buy you a new pair of gloves" she insisted. Looking at my gloves, over an 80 years old plus would be able to identify it is heavily worn out. "Fine, what's it all about" I agreed to help her but not because she's going to buy me a new pair of gloves. "I don't know yet, there's an old book, anyone has gone for the search but haven't returned..." [Heavenly interrupted].

"Damn it!!..., Not another mystery quest"

"I'm done with all these missions"

 "So, when am I leaving"...

Meanwhile at school

"I'll need the best group of the outcasts for this mission, a group of tolerance, co-operative, stronge and smart, I'll need the foxes" that when the principal decided to send them the same mission that I was about to uphold on.

This was not just an ordinary quest, I don't even know what the book is capable of.

Days, weeks and months have passed away and it still looked like I started the quest a day ago..

I then began to worry, is there even anything like an old crummy book, come to think of it, I have a lot of gadgets and powerful stuff that she could be able to steal, but she won't know where to go.

I kept on going on this quest, onlike the foxes, they really believed it was real, I'm sure they were given a map or something, so they don't get lost, but me I have nothing.

"Oh shoot!!,have I just been played"

"I've been working for freaking day and night I search of just an old crummy book that don't even ex...". I immediately cut off my own words as soon as I saw a cave with the drawing of a book at the top, it was like a sculpture.

"I think this is it, infact, I know this is it"

I worked humbly into the cave believing my whole 2 months of searching has finally ended, not quite aware a bunch of rodents are on their way to their early doom.

"Finally, I could at least set my eyes on the book I sacrificed a whole 2 months for." It was just lying on the floor, with a bunch of roots and spams all around it.

Without thinking twice, I pulled the book out and then, everywhere began to shatter. I ran towards the exit aiming for an escape. The whole cave was coming down.

I didn't knew the foxes were outside waiting for me to do the hard work. But my human legs wasn't fast enough, I got crushed by huge amount of rocks.

The whole place has finally come down, as the dust began to settle down there was no sign of me, nor the book.

"Is something burning??" Jay asked the rest of his crew as he sniffed for the 4th time. As smoke began to find its way out from a specific hole in the rocks, Jay immediately alarted the rest of his crew.

"Damn it!!, He's not dead, everyone stay back".

I immediately jumped into the sky as i have find my way out of the rocks, I then knew what the book was capable of, I was able to flip the pages, and each page had it specific kind of elemental powers. My whole body was in flames, but this time not the normal type, the flames were blue, and the book was also on flames but It didn't burnt. I landed on the floor and it caused a little rumble.

Jay crenched his fists as he made a mad dash towards me pointing a sword at me... I then placed my hands together leaving a little gap in between them, it created a light, and then it created a powerful beam too powerful that even a level 20 student would not be able to withstand. He surely wasn't able to resist it, he was sent flying backwards, another fox quickly took in charge, snatched the book of my hands, but the book closed with the speed of lightening, chopping off his fingers. Then the book went flying back into my palms. It was like it had a connection with me, and took me for its owner.

Jay immediately got up brushing down he's body. He's clothes was burnt and he's chest was a bit burnt as blood started rushing out. "Ohhh, I see the game you're about to play, I love playing games, I'm gonna cut your head off you body and then, the book's gonna have no other choice but to choose another leader, and it's gonna be a fox, I can assure you that, come on foxes." Jay said as he walked away.

I kept staring at them until they disappeared into the dues. My flames went out immediately and the book closed, I starred at the book wondering what Bianca would need it for.

The foxes knew they'd all be killed if they decide to put on to a fight with me.

In just two weeks I found myself at home,I didn't spent two months this time, the first time I went, I made a lot of wrong turns, but on my way back, I knew exactly where I was going.

"I really couldn't believe you'd be able to get it, different guardians has gone but none ever came back" Bianca said as I placed the book on her palm.

"So... What's the big deal?!" I asked, I just wanted to know which side she's on.

"Huh it's just an abandoned book, the first one ever created by man, if you read it, you'll have the locations to many hidden treasures" I really can't believe her goal was to use me. "Why don't you read it?" I kept on trolling with her, not wanting to burst her bubbles very early.

"Now what if I tell you I've already been chosen by the......
