"Ugh, is it just me or is it gonna snow later?" 10 year old Axel groaned, as his friends spoke to each other. "Dont groan too much, Axel! Your gonna lose your luck!" 10 year old May giggled. "Yeah, stop whining" James, the eldest(12 years old) said, rolling his eyes. "He NEVER stops whining" rebecca, a 11 year old girl moaned. "He will…someday…" Daimen, replied. These are our little kiddo characters. "Good thing I bought my radio!" May said, now grinning. "Finally, we can listen to something else than Axel's groaning" James chuckled while Axel rolled his eyes. "Well, what are we waiting for? Lets hear what the news' say!" Rebecca said.
"News report - about 46 people is lost, families said they saw them going to dragonfly woods" the newsreporter said from the radio. "Dragonfly woods?…We live close to that forest!" Daimen shouted. "Shh! You noisy carrot!" Rebecca said, annoyed. "And we've sent rescuers…none came. Please dont go to the dragonfly woods until we've done the mystery! Thank you! And stay safe, and tuned!" The radio went off. While everyone was buzzing about how scary and stuff is the dragonfly is, daimen exclaimed a lame idea - "I have an Idea! Lets go in that forest!". Everyone looked at him like he said that he'll eat radioactive dirt from a powerplant. "Are you dumb? Or do you have some screw loose! We all did heard that 45-" "46" James corrected. "Whatever! 46 went lost in that forest!!!" May scolded daimen, annoyed. "So? We'll be heroes!" Daimen replied but was easily cutted off by may "if we did find-" "Yes if we did find! So lets go! Who's with me!?" Daimen also cutted may off. Everyone wanted to be heroes(except may) so they all said yes. And may? She was practically dragging her feet to follow them, as she had nowhere to go
