An average sized man, he was wearing a fighter suit and looked worried.
"Who are you?" I asked confused.
"Doesn't matter right now, Follow me!" He ran and signaled me to follow him.
I didn't know if I should just trust him right off the bat but he seemed harmless and this was my only option to save Arin.
So I grabbed the bag and the scrabbler jumped on my shoulders and I rushed off to follow him.
Few minutes later we arrived at a bunker that looked like it hadn't been touched in years.
"Bring his organs here!" The man ordered and I was shook by the seriousness in his voice.
He laid all the organs on a mat and began chanting a spell.
The whole house shook then he grabbed a potion and poured it in Arin's organs.
"Now we wait" The man said and walked to his stool.
"You still haven't told me your name" I asked, "oh I'm Adrien, Arin's grandson" He told me.
"Damn" I muttered, "I didn't know Arin was that old"
After an hour nothing happened then Adrien broke in tears, "what's the matter" I asked, "He's dead If the spell doesn't work between 30 minutes then the person have been dead for too long and can't be revived" He wept.
I almost cried but stayed strong and fury filled my chest, "It's that damn monster, I'll kill every one last of its man kind." I screamed.
"You want revenge, huh? Then let's team up to end every monster in this world till we reach the dark lord" Adrien said
"Perfect… Are you strong tho?" I asked.
"Pfft, you don't need to be strong to fight , you can use tactics also, with your strength and my brain we'll be able to clear every monster that comes our way" Adrien said then leaned back on his stool.
"So what rank are you?" I asked Adrien.
"D+, how about you?" He asked.
"F" I said feeling embarrassed.
"Are you serious? You're F rank and you defeated an E rank monster, that's some awakening" He said feeling suprised
I grinned "I might not even be F rank anymore lemme check my current status" I said feeling a sense of pride but as I checked my current status.

I only looked at the rank then I lost all hope.
"I'm still F rank apparently" I said
"How did you know that?" Adrien asked.
"My system, it shows me my current status" I said
"So you don't go up that magic well fifty miles from here to check your current status?" He asked
"Ofc not" I scoffed, "wait can't you see this blue thing across from me" I asked
"What blue thing?" He replied
'Wait.. am I the only one who can see this?'
"I have a training ground where th robot monsters and you can train if you like" Adrien said
'Sweet just want i need' I said my mind drifting off from the strange thing.
Adrien stood up and directed me to the training ground, we went underground and walked for about Five minutes then we entered a big training ground with robot monsters 10x my size even bigger than the monster I fought.
I thought he was about to say this was the training ground, "Here you will train" he walked up to a big sit that looked like a throne and sat down, "By the way this is the warm up ground the real training ground is close to this one"
'Warm up ground? More like death ground'
He brought out a pad and pressed a button and the monsters moved, "I've set the rank levels of these monsters to F+ rank so they're technically close to your level" Adrien said then a timer popped up
"You've got one hour to kill all these robot monsters, I'll be watching you from the stands" He said then he got serious and watched.
'Finally I was wondering when I'll test out my new power, these robot monsters are just the perfect fit'
"Shadow technique first form, Instant blade" I ran and jumped on the first monster and it instantly pushed me down from and tried to use bye fire to smoke me but I dodged just in time.
And then the fire dissolved a part of the training ground, I gulped because I part of me knew these monsters are stronger than me, and the other part of me wanted to test itself.
'Guess I'll have to try a new tactic then' I went zig Zac to distract the monster.
While doing so I threw my sword at super high speed directly aimed at the monster neck but I since the monster was only focused on me, the sword was basically invisible to him.
It striked the monster directly at the middle of the neck and the robot was destroyed and it faded.
[1/20] minutes left: 50, the screen showed me and I almost fainted.. almost, the fact is I took at least a whole 10 Minutes to Kill the first monster and I have to kill 19 more.
'Nah this is crazy'
Nevertheless, I still fought through 5 more and when I killed my sixth one another buzzer appeared.
[6/20] minutes left: 19, 'at this rate I'm going lose I need to think of something fast!'
"Adrien" I asked, "sup" He replied casually, "would it be possible if you brought out like 5 robot Monsters at once so I can kill them?" I asked
"If you want but remember you only get to do this twice after you've finished using them you'll have to fight one each time again" He said
I shrugged?, "Fair enough"
I sprang into action killing at 5 monsters twice because I began to understand they're movement pattern it always the same
"You've figured it out?" Adrien asked
"Yeah, it always the same movement pattern did you programmed it like that" I asked them kill the 17th monster
"Yeah, took you too long to notice" he said then slouched on the chair, "Now with this information you'll be able to kill the next three right?" He asked
"Right" I replied then with three minutes left on the clock I sprang into action killing the two before the time was up.
When I killed the last one the timer clicked to 1 hour and the entire training ground was rearranged.
"You're strong and a tactician like me, I look forward to working with you" Adrien said then stretched his hand forward for a shake
I shaked him and we walked out of the training ground
