My sack of sad rocks
I carry these everywhere
All heavy and dense
Picking up new ones
And adding them in
It weighs me down
Slows my pace
Yet I still move them from place to place
Cold and hard and heavy are they
Yet they seem to want to stay
Keeping me weighed down to the ground
The lowest point to I am bound
Instead of in the sky, flying
The weights of my sorrows tying me down
This sad sack of rocks
Maybe one day they make me shrink
Down to the bottom of a beautiful lake
As the air leaves my chest, I sink
Ready to face my mistakes
I'll cut them off one by one
And float back up into the Golden hour
I know I have finally won
