"The Hero is here!!"

The vast crowd erupted, their voices filled with hope, joy shining in their eyes.
"We have succeeded in the Hero Summoning!!"
"The one who will save our world has arrived!!"
The king declared proudly, his voice overflowing with joy.
Yusaka and Rin glanced around, questioning everything, fear and confusion gripping their hearts.

At the king's command, the countless voices died out one by one.
"Who are you?" Yusaka asked the man wearing the crown, a slight tremor betraying his inner fear.
The king answered calmly.
"I am the ruler of this kingdom—Revicia.
My name is Regulus Revicia."
He proclaimed himself with pride, his voice filled with authority.
"Before I explain the rules of this world…"
His gaze shifted to Rin.
"Who is the young woman accompanying you?
We are certain that only one hero was summoned."
"Then why…?"
The king's expression tightened, questions forming in his mind, a trace of unease settling in his gut.
The crowd began murmuring about Rin.
"I don't know anything right now… but she is my friend," Yusaka said.
"Her name is Rin Suzumi.
And my name is Yusaka Kurose."
He spoke calmly, his thoughts clear despite the situation.
After a moment—
One person in the crowd stood up and shouted, "The Lady Saint is here too!!"
Soon after, another voice rose.
"It must be the gods' mercy!!"
In an instant, the crowd erupted once more, joy lighting their eyes.
After the noise finally faded—
"Now, Hero," Regulus said, his tone steady.

Alya looks at rin and questions regulus...

Alya introduces herself to Yusaka with clear words.

Rin said to Yusaka, a faint blush spreading across her face.

Yusaka replied, his expression softening slightly.
"Do you want to go to the attached balcony?" Rin murmured, her fingers tightening around her sleeve.
"S-s-sure," Yusaka answered, clearing his throat.
Yusaka and Rin stood on the balcony together, gazing at the moon.
After a short silence—
"It's cold out here,"
Rin murmured, as if quietly asking for Yusaka's coat.
Yusaka gently stepped closer. He removed his coat and rested it over Rin's shoulders.
"H-h-here… you can have my coat," Yusaka said, heat rushing to his face.
"Are you sure you want to support me on the battlefield?"
Yusaka asked, his thoughts clear and his words steady.
"Yes. I will fight with you, Yusaka-kun,"
Rin answered, her voice calm and unwavering.
"But it's dangerous. You could die on the battlefield. This isn't a game,"
Yusaka replied, his voice still calm.
"I know,"
Rin said quietly.
"Then… w-why?"
Yusaka asked, his voice cracking despite his composed exterior.
"You really don't know the answer?"
Rin asked softly, a rare warmth surfacing on her face.
"If you don't tell me, how am I supposed to understand?"
Yusaka replied, as though he already knew the answer.
"You really have a bad personality,"
Rin murmured. "After so many hints, how can you not understand?"
She placed a hand against her forehead, a faint smile on her lips.
Rin walked toward the edge of the balcony, gazing up at the moon.
"We've been friends for three years,"
she began.
"But little by little, I grew attached to you.
I wanted to take more time—to understand each other better, but…"
She paused.
"We were summoned to another world.
We have no one besides ourselves."
Turning back toward Yusaka, she cleared her throat and looked directly into his eyes, her cheeks tinged red.
"I love you, Yusaka-kun,"
Rin said softly, warmth spreading across her face.
A moment later, realization struck her.
Her face—and even her ears—burned with embarrassment.
She quickly moved to the corner of the balcony, completely red.
Yusaka remained frozen.
His eyes widened, his cheeks flushed red, as though he had just fulfilled his life's purpose.
After a brief pause—
"S-s-so… what's your answer?"
Rin asked from the corner, her cheeks still reddened.
"A-a-ahem…"
Yusaka cleared his throat, averting his gaze as color crept onto his face.
He steadied himself.
"I'll protect you, Rin."
Yusaka said it clearly, his mind calm and his resolve firm.
Rin felt fulfilled by his words. A faint smile appeared as she regained her composure.
Shortly thereafter—
Rin walked back toward Yusaka, her cheeks still faintly red.
She looked into his eyes, joy shining within them.
"Are you sure you don't have anything else to say?"
"You know what you're supposed to say in a situation like this, right?"
Rin asked, her cheeks warming again as she looked away.
"You know I can't put it into words…"
Yusaka replied with a faint smile.
"But—"
Rin looked back at him.
"No matter what happens,
I'll protect you,"
Yusaka said firmly.
Rin smiled, a strange sense of fulfillment washing over her.
Yusaka stepped forward, gently wrapping an arm around her waist and pulling her into a hug.
