Chapter 2 - Battling a fire cultivator 1

After a bad sleep on the night.Cyril's cultivation almost halted .And he has only been able to advance one level for a year and he's currently 15.He got up from his dilapidated building built by the sect for trial disciples washed himself and went to the reincarnation battle hall.Matches were held here weekly to asssess the disciples of Great Love sect .Winning a match grants you 10 points ,a draw you get 3 points and a loss you get deducted 15 points .If you defeat someone above your realm you receive another 10 points and vice versa if you los to someone lower than you.Cyril's battle results were unusually good as he'd won 75% with 0% loss rate against same level opponents.Today his opponent on the draw was Bai Tong a level 4 Qi Condensation.The fight was sure to be a tough one or so anyone who had never seen Cyril fight will think.At Qi Condensation level 3 he was quite famous for his battle moves and strategies.The fight started with Bai Tong condensing a lump of fire as he agog towards Cyril who made a blockade of earth summoned from the ground to block ,flash stepped into Bai Tong's back and tried to kick him on the neck to which Bai Tong effortlessly used his shoulder to block.He then shot 10 flame arrows towards Cyril who dodges with ease .As you can assess Bai Tong cultivated fire path while Cyril cultivated wind path and therefore had excellent maneuvering.Cyril summoned a whirlwind around himself as whirled around Bai Tong so he could get occasional hits. Bai Tong accumulated a few injuries and he summoned a fire cannon and shot towards the densest part of the whirlwind.But it turns out that was the trick he wasn't at the densest part .He then caused summoned wind storms which made standing difficult he launched towards Bai Tong .Bai Tong was able to parry his attack and they continued though Bai Tong was stronger and had more energy reserves it became harder to block as he got cut .He wanted to steal for time since he had more Qi reserves but Cyril's attacked forces him to use his full strength.He parried the daggger launched at his belly tans coated his dagggwr in fire which gives the weapon a boost but damages it at the end .Cyril flash stepped to his back and attempted the earlier kick at the neck but as Bai Tong shielded his neck part he flash stepped and stuck the daggger at his chest which he died but after a few seconds he was in full health again since they fought on the reincarnated battlefield.The kick to the back was a fade so he could attack the chest.He had a big secret for his fighting prowess turns out he was a transmigrator from Earth.His father had been a monk .He abandoned Su Nan.
