(In police Station, Neel, Archit and some other officers are gathered to watch the video in Projector room )
Video started with a voice message.
"Hello friends. Another judgement request is here. We could guess why you were late for previous arrival. We are deeply sorry . Don't be discouraged Mr. Archit. How about this? This time we are going to give you 24 hours. Fair enough, right? We thought you will public this case to increase awarness but since you guys plan to keep this a secret we will then help ourself. Wait for our gift for you and the people in this country."

An Officer -Are they playing with us ? Keep giving hints but still succeeding. And again these psycho sare obssessed with human heart. Taking every victims hearts after killing them.
Neel - I think this time the last quote is the hint to find the next victim to be.
Archit - But Road? Are they taking about any road construction owner or worker or people who are involved in the road? If we won't get any idea about who they are taking about this time also we will meet the same consequence as before.
Neel - We are observing the website, right? See if there is any new request?

Another officer - Why Are they always sending parcels anyway. What is their real intention.
Neel - They want to show their presence in public. I have studied before, many psychopaths get satisfaction by public's panic. They enjoy terror on the peoples face by hearing their name.

In the video, a man was talking with a minister about the project he asked for support. But the minister declined his offer as he won't see profit in it. when the man told him that he was not fulfilling his duty in the position he is in. The minister mocked him and told him that he is not in the position to do charity. If this project works, the government grants will stop and we can't get our hands on them. When the man threatened the minister about going to complain , The minister asked if he wants his family to be ok or not. So the man backed down and the ministers bodyguards throw him out of the office.
