First off, thank you for taking the time to read the story so far. I also want to apologize for how suddenly things went quiet. Life happened, as it tends to, and I burned out pretty hard while working on the next chapter. One tailspin later, and I didn't have the creative energy to give this project — or these characters — the quality they deserve.
The good news is: we're coming back.
I'm currently revising the existing chapters and finishing the next one. Once that's wrapped up, my goal is to settle into a consistent posting schedule — ideally a new chapter every other week.
