Chapter 240 - Chapter 39: Death-Bringer magic Snake

...[Biological Attendant: Death-Bringer magic Snake (The Queen's Pet)]

[—High-dimensional power from a Planeswalker has dispelled a certain curse; however, due to the host's own will, a part of the curse has also remained in her bloodline forever.]

[Note: You have obtained a dancing beauty snake; she will forever coil beneath your throne.]

[Note: You have extravagantly used all available Spell Power to catalyze her bloodline.]

[Note: Influenced by 'Fate,' her bloodline has undergone irreversible changes.]

...[Ability:

[Black Death (Spell Power Catalyzed):

[The generous Planeswalker, the pitiful land card, the long-accumulated Spell Power.]

[Your generosity caused Nagini to grow two brand new fangs.]

[Those bitten by the Black Death snake fangs have a chance to trigger conceptual 'Instant Death'.]

[——Before death, gods and Mortals are equal.]

...[Wither (Fate Catalyzed):

[You shared a small portion of the'Sister's' gift with this gentle snake.]

[Through this, after her bloodline was sublimated, she gained "Wither".]

[From now on, the threads of fate of enemies attacked by the Death Serpent will shift toward her Master, "Mori Tsukisa".]

[Depending on the amount of fate threads lost, the attacker will be afflicted with different "Wither" statuses.]

[Including but not limited to: Non-Healing/Weakness/Decay/Poison Plague/Mental Confusion/Melting/Madness, etc.]

[——My Master is deeply loved by Fate.]

[——And, those of you who lose your threads of fate...]

...[Frigid Crown (Talent):

[The woman wore the crown she deserved.]

[From now on, she can easily command serpent creatures whose bloodlines are not superior to hers.]

[And a Demonic Serpent possessing the Fate Changer bloodline will likely never encounter a serpent whose bloodline is superior to hers throughout her Eternity.]

[——I lurk beneath my Master's throne.]

[——All serpents should bow down to her.]

...About half a minute passed, but Nagini felt as if many years had gone by.

She saw light and meteors, and Planets riddled with holes... Then, Universes spiraling inward, belts of starlight, giant beasts moving freely within the Universe; fleets of warships appearing through flashing jumps; and green Demonic Energy... war in the Void... Black, spiderweb-like lines connected every creature, they were born, they died; they burned brightly, they withered; they were excited, they were depressed... In the Shadow, a figure much smaller than Mori Tsukisa let out a grating, creaking laugh.

'Take good care of my Sister, Little Monster.'

The young Child's voice patted Nagini's pinkish-white brain fat, quietly lying along the convoluted sulci.

Whispering to her.

'Oh, and also, no one is allowed to call her Sister.'

Cold Silver Frost covered the frontal lobe, then quickly receded as if it had never appeared. Next, the Multiverse began to dissipate, and she was pulled back into the inward spiral by a dizzying force.

Entering the Planet, falling through the city—

Returning to her body.

Opening her eyes, Mori Tsukisa tilted her head and looked at her, smiling sweetly.

That Tear Mole was incredibly beautiful.

"Welcome, Nagini." The girl's hand lightly threaded through the black hair and stroked her soft ear: "Please take good care of me starting today!"

Nagini smiled lightly, pursing her lips, and nodded to her eternal Master.

"Please take good care of me, Master."

——My keeper, the Silver Moon on the throne.

Arrietty rolled her eyes at the intimate Master and Attendant pair.

'You weren't this... intimate... with me back then.'

Hmph.

The tent was warm, and suddenly a'swooshing' sound came from outside the thin fabric.

Mori Tsukisa shot upright!

"He's here! That Handsome Uncle!" Before the girl could stand up, Nagini quickly bent down and lifted the simple tent door.

Sure enough, Dumbledore was standing at the entrance, bowing to her.

"It seems I'm not late?" The Handsome Old Man had changed his clothes, but his hat and leather gloves were still the same.

"Late! Of course you're late!" Mori Tsukisa rushed out, babbling, and then lowered her voice at Nagini's shushing: "Oh, oh, I know, everyone's resting now."

"Hurry, let's go talk in the woods over there!"

Mori Tsukisa claimed she was inspecting the treasures she had 'won', but it was practically splitting the spoils: the girl had strange tastes, and most of the things Dumbledore considered valuable, she didn't want.

This benefited the already wealthy Wizard.

He certainly wasn't going to obediently hand over Skender's wealth to the Ministry of Magic; he wasn't crazy.

Thinking this, Dumbledore glanced at Mori Tsukisa.

"Hand them over to me."

Under the command of his wand tip, the pocket obediently spat out 'treasures': piles of Galleons, which seemingly hadn't been stored in Gringotts by its Master (and perhaps never would be), some extremely sweet snacks, an Aristocratic Cloth Fan in the European Court Style, a worn, spiderweb-covered Double-Door Cabinet, three wands, several Circus Ribbons, and a number of Small Horns.

These were the named items; the rest were just fragments.

Dumbledore waved his wand, sorting and selecting, moving items affixed with Dark Curses to another area, leaving Mori Tsukisa only things that were harmless and recognizable to a man.

One item at a time... choose?

First, the sweets went to Dumbledore.

Next... the fan.

"This is no ordinary fan." Dumbledore smiled and handed the fan to Nagini—he didn't know if Mori Tsukisa could cast magic Spells like a Wizard, but a Blood-Cursed Beastman certainly could.

"Try activating it; it has a very useful spell attached." The man said this to Nagini: "If you're taking care of people, it can save you a lot of effort."

In fact, after Nagini became an Attendant, she could no longer use the magic Spells of the Wizards of this World.

But activating it should be possible?

The woman took the fan, snapped it open, covering her face, revealing only a pair of upturned eyes.

"Beautiful, Nagini is so beautiful!" Just as Mori Tsukisa clapped her hands like a Little Seal, a sudden breeze blew across the girl's body.

Huh?

My clothes are clean?

Some mud spots and dust disappeared, and the girl's clothes were as if they had just been taken out of the closet, without a single wrinkle or speck of dust.

"Scourgify, a Maid's good helper."

Dumbledore winked at Nagini, but the woman still covered her face with the fan, watching him with a pair of indifferent eyes.

"She doesn't like you, Mr. Dumbledore." Mori Tsukisa tugged at the hem of her skirt and touched her face: "I love this magic Spell, it's so practical!"

"My 1.0 version boots are saved!"

"It 'cleans' according to the will of the activator, so be careful not to remove your applied makeup." Dumbledore was unconcerned by Nagini's coldness; he understood why.

The man reminded Nagini: "Don't try to use it to do impossible things after activating the magic Spell—for example: using it on the Sun."

"This fan is quite valuable; if it explodes, it won't be worth anything."

Nagini carefully folded the fan and tucked it into her coiled hair.
