Panic finally surfaced in Homura's eyes.
"No—Itachi, it's fine," he said quickly. "I trust you. You may apply the seal as you wish. I'm just a dying old man, lost in thought. That's all."
Seeing this, Itachi's expression softened, as if moved.
He formed a series of hand seals and pressed his palm against Homura's chest.
Heart-Binding Seal
Nothing appeared on the surface—but Homura felt a restriction acting on his body and mind instantly.
"To be honest, Elder Homura…" Itachi began quietly.

Itachi than began painfully telling the story of how his younger brother is kidnapped by Danzo and he was forced by Danzo to kill Shinnosuke and Itsuki, to telling about how Danzo planned to become the next Hokage and things that weren't even related to the topic.
Although Homura found it strange but he didn't interrupt as if he wished to hear as much sound as possible and maybe hear everything the world had to offer before his death.
Just then—
A huge fireball crashed from outside and one side of the house was destroyed. Itachi suddenly became shocked and when he looked outside dozens of ANBU have already arrived with Hiruzen and Danzo outside the building.
Itachi became enraged seeing this scene. He turned around while speaking as if to question Homura's decision but suddenly stopped.
" Elder Homura, I trusted you. You, betrayed me ? How clo— "
Homura had already retreated with the help of ninjas, seeing Itachi's expression said with hatred
" Hehehe, Evil Uchiha you definitely wouldn't have expected that the ANBU have to report their duty every half-hour.
Evil Uchiha brat, you will definitely die and with you your parents and clan members will also go to hell.

Itachi lay face down on the ground. Multiple swords had pierced his body, staining the area around him with blood. There was no expression of pain on his face—only hatred burning in his eyes.
Homura stood a few meters away, feeling the hatred radiating from Itachi. A smile slowly appeared on his face.
CRACK !!!
Just then, he heard the sound of glass breaking. When Homura turned toward the source of the noise, he froze.
White cracks were forming across the sky, the earth, and everything else, as if the entire world were a fragile glass sphere.
"NOOOOOO!!!!!!"
With Homura's desperate cry, the world finally shattered.
He found himself back in his room, but the situation was no different from before.
He looked at the time.

Just as Homura was about to say something, a kunai pierced his hand. Then another struck his chest. One after another, just as Homura had pierced Itachi with kunai in multiple places, Itachi did the same to him.
Finally, Itachi began forming hand seals and pressed his palm against Homura's chest.

After counting to five, the crow looked through the window at Shimura Danzo, who was sleeping inside the room.
LIFE-DEATH ARENA
Moments later, the sounds of chaos reached the area once again. The ninjas guarding the mansion, as if struck by lightning, rushed toward the room where Danzo had been sleeping. Along the way, they broke through multiple chakra barriers, not caring about the damage.
When they finally arrived, they found that Danzo was gone.
"Danzo-sama is missing."
" There is no sign of intrusion. "
"Everyone, find Danzo-sama, or every one of you will repent in hell."
The ninja with the highest seniority spoke with anger and guilt as he addressed the others.
Earlier, they had become alert upon hearing the explosion, but ultimately chose not to act. Their duty was to protect Danzo-sama and guard the mansion. However, only a few seconds later, they suddenly felt their tongue-binding seals become ineffective.
This could only happen if the caster of the seal was dead. They had now lost all hope of Danzo's survival, but they could only pray that it was merely a malfunction of the seal.

Before Homura could finish his sentence and before the surrounding ANBU could understand his words, a black kunai suddenly emerged from Homura's neck killing him instantly. The ANBU didn't have time to react and a black sphere expanded outward with Homura at its center.
Wherever the black sphere spread, everything was sealed.
With a radius of ten meters, everything within it was sealed away. Along with Homura, all the ANBU also died.
At the very moment Homura died, Danzo also disappeared from his home.
Seeing no further clues at the site—everything having vanished—and confirming the success of the plan, Itachi left stealthily.
Just as Itachi reached the Uchiha clan grounds, the screeching of multiple ninja hawks echoed throughout Konoha.
Itachi knew what this meant.
Konoha was in a state of emergency. All ninjas with Jonin-level strength were to gather at the center of Konoha or proceed to the locations indicated by the hawks. The rest of the ninjas were to remain on high alert.
Itachi smiled faintly and waited for the members of the Uchiha clan to gather.

Author's Note
I felt it was important to write this battle clearly in third-person perspective, especially since the sequence relies heavily on Genjutsu and layered illusions. To avoid confusion, I want to briefly explain how the fight actually unfolded.
The battle begins with Itachi placing all the ANBU guards under Genjutsu. When he realizes that Homura is still not alert, Itachi then places Homura and himself under an illusion.
Everything that follows after that—Itachi speaking to Homura, Homura reacting, Konoha's forces arriving, attacking Itachi, and even the deaths that occur—all of it happens inside the Genjutsu. None of it is real.
When the illusion finally starts breaking, Homura understands the truth and can only react with a "NOOOOOOOOO."
By the time he opens his eyes, Itachi has already sealed Homura's chakra, leaving him completely helpless. I didn't want to repeat every action again from scratch, so I summarized it as :
" He found himself back in his room, but the situation was no different from before. '
After this, Itachi uses the Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique, the same forbidden sealing method Danzō once used against Sasuke.
This technique requires the user to activate it while alive, but it only completes after the user's death, sealing everything within a certain radius.
Canon sources mention a range of around 0–5 meters, but for narrative impact, I expanded it to a 10-meter radius.
Before leaving, Itachi had already sealed a kunai inside Homura's neck and infused it with chakra designed to last exactly ten seconds—something Itachi had calculated down to the moment. Those ten seconds began the instant Itachi released the detonating talisman and ignited it through the window.
In canon Naruto, ninja are shown sealing weapons within their own bodies so that, when needed, they can simply form a hand seal and have the weapon appear instantly in their hand.
This principle was applied here in a different way. Instead of summoning the weapon for use, the sealed kunai remained dormant until the chakra sustaining the seal was exhausted. Once the chakra ran out, the seal released, the kunai materialized, and Homura was killed instantly.
Even if this application isn't shown directly in canon, it remains within the logical boundaries of Naruto's sealing techniques—and if needed, it can be attributed to Itachi's mastery of an EX-level fūinjutsu.
This idea was inspired by Jigen's dōjutsu, which allows him to shrink and expand objects—except instead of shrinking, I used sealing and unsealing as the mechanism.
Throughout these two chapters, I've been very careful with time progression, making sure every action happens within a realistic and consistent timeframe.
