After everything that had happened Voren knew with absolute certainty that only one woman had ever been made for him and that was his fated mate.
From everything he had carefully pieced together from the Moon Goddess's revelation the black wolf and the white wolf were never supposed to find each other because their combined power would be far too great. It was not the kind of strength the Moon Goddess wanted since she valued balance above all else.
Yet she had still sent the warning because deep down she knew the black wolf would fall hopelessly in love with the white. Why else would she try every possible way to tear them apart? Even when she succeeded in driving them apart by forcing the white wolf into the buff wolf's bed the love between them still refused to break.
Voren knew that his fierce unbreakable love for his mate was the force that had drawn them together at the sovereign circle. Everything that had happened had been destined to bring them back into each other's arms.
