'Hey system, do you have any kind of status window?'
[No. Host is expecting too much]
'Huh? Why are you so sassy?'
[I am derived from host's subconsciousness]
'...'
Verso was about to use Heaven's door on himself again, but in the end decided not to.
'Whatever, right now my current aim is following that guy.'
Verso looked ahead to see the guy he was stalking behind. It was none other than the notorious main character of this world, Issei Hyoudou.
It was currently the school's lunch break so Verso had an hour for himself and he decided to spend it on searching for Issei. It took him a while but he found the guy after asking a few people around.
'So that's Issei Hyoudou, he's currently in 1st year… but he's already notorious for being a perverted creep. I found out he already got caught peeping on 3 different girls' lockers…'
"Seriously… how the hell did he manage to not get expelled?" Verso was amazed by the guy's luck.
"Whatever, I need to check if my Heaven's Door works on that guy. I can already feel some kind of weird energy emanating from him." Verso focused closely on the energy Issei was emanating.
"If I had to guess, I'd say that's the dragon's aura inside him. I kinda forgot the name of the dragon inside him, sadly Heaven's Door isn't able to make me remember things from my past but it doesn't matter."
Verso walked closely after Issei got inside the restroom. Verso was waiting for Issei to be isolated and it finally happened.
He entered the bathroom too, and sneaked behind Issei. Waiting for Issei to drop his guard.
The moment Issei stood in front of a urinal, Verso sneaked behind him and covered Issei's mouth and neck. He dragged Issei behind into a bathroom stall, immediately locking the door.
"Look at this, here, how's my art?" He showed Issei a stick figure he drew on his palm.
"WHAT-!" Issei managed to scream for a moment, but it wasn't for long as Verso started to choke him after he felt Issei recognized his art.
That was the activation condition of his Heaven's door if he had to use that on others. They had to acknowledge his art or drawings. A pretty simple condition considering his ability.
"SHHHH~" Verso shushed as he choked Issei. He knew to hold back, since he didn't really want to kill the guy.
No matter how hard Issei struggled, he couldn't overpower Verso's hold. Vero made himself stronger than an average human using Heaven's door, too bad Issei right now was an average guy.
After about 30 seconds Issei's limbs went limp and Verso loosened his grip quickly.
He immediately used Heaven's door to check if Issei was alright. Thankfully he was just unconscious.
"Honestly I didn't really wanna do this, but you not knowing of my power and existence is the best for both of us"
Verso check further about Issei.
'So the thing he has is called Sacred Gear and it's called Boosted Gear which hosts the soul of a dragon named Dragir. If awakened, it can boost the user's power by 2 times for every 10 seconds.'
"Sounds powerful, not gonna lie."
He read further about Issei's life.
'If I ignore the perverted parts, this guy's life is average as mine… if I exclude my dead parents.'
After reading a little more and deciding that it was enough. Verso took out his pen.
"For the greater good of this society" Saying that Verso changed something in Issei's pages.
[Issei Hyoudou was never a pervert] and tore the last page which will make Issei forget what happened in the last 30 minutes.
Just as he finished that and released his Heaven's door, a system notification appeared in front of him.
[Congrats host for curing the insane pervert, Issei Hyoudou. You received {Dojutsu, Byakugan}]
'Not gonna lie system, for doing this the society should make me a king.' Verso smiled, he actually felt like he did good to the society as a whole.
Anyone would agree after seeing the stuff Issei fantasised and wished to do.
"So Byakugan huh? Better than nothing I guess, but Sharingan would've been cooler."
Verso didn't wait and immediately claimed the reward and felt the warmth in his eyes. Not long after, he opened his eyes, feeling his new power.
With a little strain on his eyes, the world changed in front of his eyes. An instant 360 degree vision. The walls became transparent, the air felt different, the small particles in the air were visible and looking at his own reflection on the bathroom mirror he saw the mana present inside his body.
Previously he only felt the energies inside and around himself, but now he was able to see it clearly. Each had their own colour.
Heat being red, cold being blue, mana being colourless but visible like water and so on. Even the sound was visible.
After feeling some strain on his eyes Verso stopped using Byakugan and immediately his eyes returned to normal.
"Phew, thankfully the pupil-less eyes only appear when I activate Byakugan" Verso sighed in relief after seeing that his eyes returned to normal.
'I wonder if I can somehow upgrade my Byakugan further with Heaven's Door?'

For the next few days Verso didn't do anything significant. He just observed the people he knew who were involved in the plot of the main story, them being Rias Gremory, Akeno Himejima, Sona Shitori and Tsubaki Shinra.
He easily found them out as they were the ones with highest levels of energies from anyone he had seen. All of their energies were similar, which he realised was the demonic energy they processed.
Verso didn't just notice them, he used his Heaven's Door to spy on them whenever possible. Just to get to know their schedule.
Rias and Akeno were together almost always and so were Sona and Tsubaki, so it would be near impossible to use Heaven's door on them like he did with Issei.
Speaking of Issei, he was abandoned by his two other friends who cast him aside after they figured out Issei wasn't a pervert anymore. It was a good thing for Issei, as not soon after his friends were expelled from the school for their actions and one of them ended up in juvenile detention after a girl pressed charges.
After school Verso was practicing his own powers, his Heaven's Door was simply a cheat in itself as it made his powers even better.
He upgraded his Byakugan and made it able to see the world from a bird's eye view.
He tried to use his mana to do magic but it was hard, so he didn't do anything further. Even his Heaven's door wasn't able to help on that matter.
During this period he started to notice that Rias and the other devils started to notice his mana, it was inevitable. Till now his system was sucking up his mana, but now it no longer does and the devils noticed.
Verso didn't think that was bad at all, he was already trying to get involved with them, but now this was just great.
He immediately started planning. He knew what he wanted inside his heart.
He wanted all those four women. Who could blame him? Those devils literally had a seductive aura and especially Akeno.
