"Tempest, why are we not speaking to the Seventh Grand Princess?" Talia asked when she saw that we passed the princess without even glancing at her
"I don't have time to talk to her. The Mess Hall closes at 4pm so before that time we have to clear the dungeon or else will be thrown out" Tempest explained
"I didn't know about that" Trevor exclaimed
"Is that a thing? It wasn't stated anywhere" Kaiden asked deep in thought
"There is such a rule!" Talia exclaimed with confusion in her voice
"Why hasn't anyone been told about it?" Aureth asked
"There are a lot of rules that haven't been stated. This is majorly to slowly remove students in the first month of the first year" Tempest explained as she accessed the panel of a dungeon.
STUDENT TEMPEST FROM STAR AZMIN HAS ACCESSED A GOLD TIER DUNGEON!
"Gold Tier Dungeon, who is that crazy to enter?"
"Wait, it's our Goddess!"
"That is our Goddess always so powerful and courageous"
"Yeah our role model"
"We look up to her"
"If only I were stronger, I would have begged to be her student"
"Yeah me too"
"How about we grow stronger in order to become her student or disciple"
If the students are being expelled, how comes there isn't any talks about it" Tally asked after a careful thought
"They did it silently to not cause a commotion"
They walked in the opened gate without any hesitation.
Amara, The Seventh Grand Princess glare at Tempest with complete contempt. Turns out, she wasn't different from Euralia. Amara wanted the Academy and it's Masters to recognize her power. She wanted to make many students to grovel at her feet and beg her to give them her attention. She wanted to dominate everything.
But all those plans were ruined by a certain someone that she had currently found out. On the day she arrived, a week earlier with the Galaxy Imperial ship, she expected a grand welcome. She was then disappointed and found no one. She had come to The Mess Hall wanted to make herself known about her power and her reputation and she succeeded.
But when Tempest arrived, everything crumbled. All the attention shifted to her. She didn't like that she had competition.
In anger, she quickly formulated a devious plan. She had to destroy her in every way possible.
Amara carefully looked around the Hall to see if anyone was watching her. She slowly approached the Gold Tier Dungeon gate. She went to the panel carefully and changed the difficulty of the dungeon. After making sure she had done everything, she walked away smiling triumphantly.
Little did she know that, someone had been watching her.
Inside the Dungeon.....
The Gold Tier Dungeon that they had selected was an underwater Dungeon. The group entered an underwater mansion. Straight ahead was a long pathway in an enormous hall. The pathway led to an enormous throne at the end of the Hall. On both sides of the pathway was a body of water. The water came from the mouth of the dolphin statues on the wall. The dolphin statues poured in water like a fountain. The place looked surreal and beautiful straight out of a painting.
The others were distracted by the scene but Tempest noticed that something was wrong
Her quiet system suddenly woke up.
BEWARE! BEWARE! DUNGEON DIFFICULTY WAS SET TO DEATH MODE! HOST HAS TO FIGHT THREE BOSSES!
The warning rang in her mind. She immediately summoned her three beasts and her deathblade. Everyone else got into defense
From the shadows of the throne, the Mermaid Queen rises. Her long tail shines like silver and blue fire. A crown made of coral and pearls glows faintly on her head. Her eyes shine like deep ocean light, sharp and full of anger.
She holds a huge trident that sparks with lightning, and the water around her shakes with power. Eels slither out of cracks in the walls, and jellyfish drift closer, ready to strike.
Her voice fills the chamber, soft but dangerous, as she claims the castle as her own.
"Who dares to trespass in my chambers!"
WARNING! WARNING! GOLD TIER DUNGEON DIFFICULTY CHANGED INTO DEATH MODE!
The announcement rang throughout the whole academy. The masters of the Academy where surprised. They immediately rushed to the Mess Hall. It was a surprise to them because no freshman would have tried to enter a Death Mode difficulty dungeon. The last time some naive freshmen tried to do it and they got eliminated.
The masters of each sector went to the Mess Hall security system and watched from the screens what was currently happened. Lady haven, the head chancellor also arrived at the Mess Hall.
This caused a huge commotion around the first year sector of students. The bloggers also switched on their live stream to watch the showdown. A big hologram of a screen showed the battle inside the dungeon.
"Who set the difficulty?" Lady Haven asked worriedly after she realized that the one in the dungeon was Tempest.
She was afraid that Master Nocturne will find out such incident had happened and she will be at fault.
"Lady Haven, the students had set the normal difficulty before entering the dungeon. A few minutes later, the dungeon difficulty was changed on the outside" Master Eamon reported
"Find out who changed the difficulty now! Or else you would have to hear from Master Nocturne!" Lady Haven ordered them
