As Draen had planned after returning from rescuing or rather, kidnapping Drakar, he finally showed himself to Lewis.
And just as he had expected, Lewis had become even clingier than before.
Previously, Lewis would at least try to hide how much he wanted to stay close to Draen. He would hesitate before reaching for him, pretending that he was simply tired or looking for warmth. But now, it seemed that Lewis had completely given up on hiding it.
The moment Draen was within reach, Lewis would follow him.
If Draen sat down, Lewis would sit beside him. If Draen stood, Lewis would quietly hold onto his sleeve. And whenever they were alone, Lewis would practically refuse to let him go.
What surprised the servants, however, was that Lewis no longer seemed embarrassed about doing it in front of everyone. He would hug Draen from behind while he was reading documents, lean against his shoulder during meals, or simply wrap his arms around Draen whenever he felt like it.
