Death froze.

Every soul of every corpse on the battlefield tore free and merged into one massive sphere — darker than void.
He hurled it.
The sphere smashed into Death and detonated.
Death was thrown away, his body shattered.
Tamas: "I warned you."
For the first time—
Death felt fear.
Death: "You… you are not human."
Death: "Something unholy… something beyond life."
Tamas: "Now I win."
Death dissolved into ash.
