"Shichibukai?" Doflamingo couldn't help but throw his head back and laugh, his face full of mockery. "Fuffuffuffuffu... Vice Admiral Momonga, don't forget that I am a pirate! Since when did the Navy start trusting the actions of a pirate?"
"You!" Though Doflamingo's words pushed Momonga's anger to the breaking point, he was right. Despite the title of Shichibukai, at his core, he was still a wicked pirate! Momonga was choked by the logic, unable to muster a rebuttal.
On the other side, Whitebeard narrowed his eyes at the flamboyant Doflamingo. This brat had not only incited the crowd with a few sentences but had even managed to drag him into it. If Whitebeard spoke out now to say he didn't intend to strike, the word would spread that Whitebeard feared Rowan. Thus, while he didn't intend to move against Rowan yet, Whitebeard said nothing.
Red-Haired Shanks felt the same.

"Boss, why don't we just take Hawkeye and leave? I don't even want to stay in this place anymore," Lucky Roux mumbled, taking a bite of his meat.
"Beckman, what do you think?" Shanks turned to his composed First Mate, Ben Beckman.
Beckman took a deep drag of his cigarette and said slowly, "Captain, I'll follow your lead."
"In that case, let's grab Hawkeye and get out of—" Shanks began to stretch, looking bored.
"What a lively scene... with things this exciting, how could you leave me out? Why don't I join this battle as well?"
Suddenly, a piercing, shrill voice rang out, instantly carrying across the entire battlefield. Hearing that familiar voice, even Red-Haired Shanks' expression changed abruptly. The pirates and observers felt their souls tremble at the sound.
Following the noise, everyone saw a colorful, flamboyant flag and cried out in unison:
"The Big Mom Pirates?!"
At this very moment, all four Emperors of the Sea were gathered at Dachik Island!
"Why... why even Big Mom..." A look of near-despair appeared on Momonga's face.
The assembly of two Emperors was enough to shake Marine Headquarters to its core. But here, in this one spot, all four Emperors had converged! Facing such an array, even his absolute faith in Rowan couldn't prevent a sliver of hopelessness from creeping into his heart.
On the sea, as Big Mom's voice rang out, the pirate ships near Kaido scrambled to make way, clearing a vast stretch of water in moments. Shortly after, a lavish ship themed with pink and red—looking like a pile of various desserts—sailed into the clearing.
Flying from the masts were black skull flags of various colors: the unmistakable emblem of the Big Mom Pirates!
Staring at the gargantuan woman standing to the right of the ship's figurehead—wearing a pink dress with red polka dots, possessing pink hair, and a face that was hideously made up with heavy cosmetics—not a single pirate dared to breathe loudly.
This woman was Charlotte Linlin, the Captain of the Big Mom Pirates and a Yonko equal in fame to Kaido, Whitebeard, and Shanks! Standing beside her were figures in various eccentric outfits, all of them world-renowned members of her crew.
