The air around him trembled without warning.
He did not feel the ground move, nor did he hear an explosion. All that happened was that the light collapsed into a single point before him, then expanded into a silent, glowing vortex of blue and violet. Before he could retreat, his entire body was pulled inside it.
And in a single moment… everything ended.
Kim opened his eyes to find himself inside a dark, cold cave. The air was heavy, and the scent of ancient dampness filled his lungs. The ground beneath him was rocky and uneven, and the walls around him bore the scars of a time that knew no mercy.
He rose slowly, his heart pounding violently. This was not a dream.
