Peter and Shiro vs Shira 1:
Shira and clones split into different directions across the globe. While they run some of the students with me also separated into different groups. We split in groups of people who were near us. Shira split into 6 different forms but those forms also can make clones themselves. That was the warming I was given.
"Hey guys one thing before we leave! We can kill it only by cutting through their eyes or slicing through their hearts." I said. "So even if we cut through the neck it won't die."Asked Max.
"Yes. It will only generate or worse split into two more forms."
Facing the pinnacle of damage I activated my dragon mark before heading out. Eigi and Rui also followed me since we chased the 2nd and 6th Shira.
Kakashi, Max and Alfred also hunted the 3rd Shira clone. Meanwhile Lee, Rio, Eiichiro also rushed for the 4th Shira clone.
Peter and Shiro also faced the first and fifth Shira individually.
Part 1: Holy magic and Light magic vs Nature of the world itself:
Pater finally looked into Shira's face with disgust evident on with face. With that he drew out his magic stuff and created a dozen of magic circles. They face Shira in different angles and directions. Shira smiled at him and rushed at him with hyper sonic speeds. He moved so fast that the wind around them completely broke apart.
Peter didn't stay silent tho. Peter also smiled and suddenly from the ground beneath us we sensed a huge surge of suppressed mana beneath us.
"It seems he is going to give his all in this fight! Huh. Then it is only right if I give my all too." Said Rio.
"Man can he shut up for once." Replied an irritated Lee.
Shira rushed and punched one of the magic circles, which upon impact dissolved into nothingness. Peter shot a light magic attack at him, which he simply absorbed with his palm. But suddenly 9 dark matter robs of magic pierced through him. When we looked at his face we saw the first sign of him being in pain.
"Seems like this generation aren't as bad I suspected!" With excitement on his face he sped up more this time against Peter.
Peter also used lightning magic to sped up more. They crushed into each other and their impact could be felt even with the great distance between us. Shira held up and punch then he rotated his arms and swung it at him. Peter using his unusual sense of mana managed to detect his next attack. Peter first found a spot to balance his body, he then dove back his body and waited for the right opportunity to cast a magic spell.
Shira's palm flew above Peter's face and a moment later Shira was hit one more time again. This time with light magic from the sun.
Peter used the charkra that the sun produced to the planet and transformed it to mana. He then waited for the right moment to convent it to light magic and when that landing on Shira, the pain he felt came once again.
Shira, who was slowing getting angrier and held back placed his hands on the ground and shouted: "Great burst. Tree bomb."
Suddenly great trees grew up from the ground which threw Peter back pretty far away from the main fight area. Peter tried getting up as fast as he could but he was thrown further out by Shira's trees. Shira then stretched his arms and suddenly his arms transformed into a long tree which grabbed Peter and once again punched him. Shira once again transformed his arms into an exploding fist rocket. Using that amount of force it produced, he then used it to hit Peter.
Peter regained his consciousness somehow managed to create a protective magic shield, which saved him from the punch. Peter struggled to his feet panting, and blooded created a dome where he could rest for a while. He quickly absorbed the little amount of mana he could and absorbed the sun's natural energy as well. It looked like he had formed a plan in his head.
Suddenly a large magic circle formed in the atmosphere, Peter smiled at Shira and said: "You were a great opponent but sometimes we have to win for our families.
Then suddenly Boom.They ground shattered, smoke flew everywhere charkra energy burst out. Shira was completely blasted away, he died in that attack. Because he was absorbed by the natural energy the sun produced to Peter.
Part 2: Rial, Eigi and Rui vs the second and sixth Shira:
Rui, Eigi and I rushed at the two running creatures. They were moving at the same speed as the first one that just fought Peter. They moved faster than sound could be heard but not as light can move, so about super sonic speeds.
Rui using his luna eyes moved at the same pace but due to our bodies, he contains used charkra that has been transformed mana to heal himself. Eigi and I used lightning astral arts to speed up.
All my life I have chosen mostly wrong decisions but now in my last days. I am willing to give it my all without holding back a little bit. Life can change the characters of people in very interesting ways. I guess this is how the rule of life chose my ending here and now.
Rui's perspective:
From here on now, I will follow the path that has been carved out for me. I will not allow any optical to get onto my way. No one can stop you if you keep moving forward.
Eigi's perspective:
The question isn't: I am going to survive but: It is how can we help. Moving forward with your friends is the world's most valuable treasure. But as humans we tend to split apart when we grow and that is when we finally realise that was important. Our youth won't last but our friendships certainly could.
Rial's perspective:
I looked at both Rui and Eigi who stopped at the two clones. They near a forest filled with trees they could manipulate. Eigi and I both drew out our swords while Rui drew out his mana robs. The clones also made a mana wooden sword which was filled with nature energy, so that it couldn't break as easily as a sword slicing through wood.
Eigi ans I went for both clones since we both had the pure eyes and so we could predict its movement. The second clone came at me with its wooden sword, Shira used its speed to move instantaneously towards me. I turned and switched the arm I was holding the sword with, which was my right hand. Using my momentum I held up my arm and grabbed the swords with my left hand. The clone came up at me with its insane speed but I managed to block it with the sword.
After that I manipulated my mana to create fire astral art around my sword. Shira once again came at me, this time with a punch. Using my quick teleportation technique I teleported myself from there to his back. Then I held up my sword and sliced it, leaving a mark there where I placed a metal piece there.
Suddenly trees came above and beneath me from every direction. I leaped into the air and tried using my humanoid avatar I flew just perfectly below and above of the trees. The trees came from the skies and under the earth, leaving a small gap between them. And using my humanoid avatar, I managed to fly just perfectly just between the trees.
Meanwhile Eigi and Rui were completely dominating the six clone of Shira. Rui looked at me: Tell me that I should teleport the second clone to their direction. Using the metal piece I placed at his back. I focus mana into my eyes I teleported both myself and the second clone of Shira to where Rui and Eigi were.
"What. How did I get over here." The second clone of Shira asked.
"I don't know. But these boys are more skillful than I first thought!" The sixth said.
"We should get this over quickly and kill the three of them as fast as possible."
Coming to a conclusion. Both Shira's clone planted their palms underneath the earth and shouted: "Tree style eart ramble."
But before that could happen Rui shot a mana rob between both of them and made eye contact with Eigi. Eigi immediately understood what he was saying. Eigi glanced at the rod then immediately teleported between them. He manipulated fire magic around his sword and created a lightning blade in his left hands. He flew between them and clashed them both with the weapons he held. Rui and I jumped to their positions, and threw fire balls at them.
The Shira clones this time used the wood arts around every direction. From North, south, west, and east. They created them from nothingness. The branches shot from the angles but Rui simply created more mana rods which blocked all the branches. Eigi used water magic and froze it into ice magic. He then threw it at the oncoming branches. I manipulated my lightning astral art, which created a horizontal lines of straight lightning around me. As each wooden branch approached me, when it made contact with the lightning, it simply exploded or was thrown in another direction.
Our defences were good but wasn't strong enough as Rui was hit at multiply directions. Eigi also got hit but not as severely as Rui and I also got hit but I used healing art to recover quickly. The only reason why Eigi and I went hit hard was because we both had the pure eyes which could anticipate enemy's attack.
I used up some mana to heal both of them but in the process both of the clones managed to sneak past us and stole both Eigi and my sword. They held it together while trying to break it. But immediately the effect I placed on it came to use. Suddenly both of the clones mana were completely absorbed by the sword, since I place that feature on. While creating those swords 7 years ago, I placed a feature which allows me to control the amount of mana it consumes.
When I gave one of the two swords to Eigi, I set it up to normal absorption. But when I took the sword I switched the setting to maximum absorption. Which made that effect on them...
Rui then shot mana rods in their eyes, which significantly damaged them. Eigi and I both grabbed our swords. Using lightning magic and astral art we moved instantaneously and slicing through both their eyes. They instantly broke to the ground where they came from.
But even if we won we were extremely tired. Eigi was almost out of mana, Rui was also out of mana almost. I was fine but also seriously needed healthcare. My mana was used a lot but I mostly conceal my mana, which in turn builds more mana for me.
Meanwhile back at the cruise ship.
The king's perspective:
"Everyone just as I told you, everything is fine. This men and students are people I can trust with my life. I have used their help before and they brought me great results even though they had less information." I said as I tried to calm down the people onboard.
"Well. That is me Rial for you." Said Lily who looked cheerful while watching all the boys fights.
"What is their relationship actually?" I asked myself.
"They are lovers just friends who actually like each other." Said Cecilia.
"Rial, Rui, Eigi, Lee and Max can hold their own but the rest will need serious help if they face that thing." Tsubaki, who paid attention to the fight analysed the weakness and strength of the god trees. "Yeah but they are also here." Said Ichika. She looked through the magic mirror which displayed the fights going on.
From there we saw 20 children, about the same ages as Rial and Max. They wore dark clothing with red strips around it.
"So the black asylum once again strikes." Nanase said.
From there we got the black asylum arc part 2: The three way war.

Max, Kakashi and Eiichiro vs the 4th Shira (which created 2 more clones of itself) vs the black asylum students.
The Shria clones walked through the forest with their insane speed again. Kakashi, Max both chased one of the clones while Eiichiro chased the other one by himself. Max activated his 'soul eyes' then suddenly a quarter moon symbol sign filled his eyes. It was red in colour while the behind it was red.
A moment later Kakashi also activated his star eyes. Which as the name says: it is a star symbol with green colour except green light is also reflected on his face. Eiichiro saw them with their special activated and began to activate his special; the spring eyes. His eyes were in five patterns of a star but each stroke was in different colours. Blue, red,yellow, purple, and pink.
Out of nowhere five different students appeared trying to capture Max. They threw a magic nullifying net to him. Max looked at the net as it came. He first searched on the ground for a proper spot to regain his balance. Max knew this fight will be his toughest battle he had fought yet plus, he also knew he had to think logical about every move.
Using his soul eyes he searched and found a perfect spot where he could evade their trap. He adjusted his body and forced his way down to a clear in the forest. There were some trees that surrounded them, those trees were also filled with venomous and toxic fruits and branches.
It is said that anyone who touches one of these trees gets paralyzed temporarily or lose sight in their eyes permanently. Max timed has strikes at the right time. He adjust his body and leaped over the net. Then a moment later he activated his technique.
"Mana blocks"
From his fingers came multiple blocks of attacks. Then a moment later All the five other students flew near the poisonous trees. Max's attack was a block of their mana core. He simply released mana from finger tips, then created tiny magic circle around them. That was the attack called mana blocks. The continuous attack of blocking someone's mana core. This attack is ranked 4 star difficulty that also because Max, Christina and Flora are the only ones who could perform the attack.
The five students got up blooded and exhausted, due to their mana being blocked for the moment.
"Hey. We have the enemy in base 38, but we need back up and quick. He is not just anyone, he is the real deal." Said the student with 1 written on his uniform.
"No 1 is just cornered. Wait! How strong is the legend named Max then." From an earpiece, the audio could be heard. "Well. No time for that because we also have our hands covered." Number 7 said.
Kakashi closed his eyes and reopened them again. With his perfect 180 distance sight, he manages to locate where the others were speaking from. "Hey Max. Rial. Eigi, Eiichiro and Rui are handling them. You take of this one's, I will go for the god tree. Kakashi said as he turned his back against Max, trying to think of a way to reach Shira.
"Sure but hurry before sundown. The god trees grow stronger with the moon light." Max said. "Sure. I will keep that in mind."
Kakashi using his star eyes teleported to where Shira's clone was. He drew out his sword and sliced through his back, cutting him in half. Kakashi while landing did a triple back flip to cover distance. He made the right choice with covering some distance since immediately the Shira clone regenerated his up body back to its lower part.
The Shira clone used a different style from the rest. From its mouth it loaded a large amount of concentrated mana.
"Mana ball"
Shira clone threw the mana ball towards him but Kakashi once again using his star eyes teleported from that position. But Kakashi got trapped in a wooden box filled with mana drawout particles.
While Kakashi teleported, the Shira clone paid maximum attention to where he would land. While Kakashi was human, the Shira clone wasn't, it was made purely through wood and water and earth. Meaning that if Kakashi stepped on a tree it could trap him, if he landed on land he could still trap him. The only answer was air, but Kakashi wasn't a bird nor a transcendent vessel. Which meant he could not fly. So Kakashi was trapped when he landed on land, since he threw, he was made of trees.
Kakashi felt extremely fatigue through out his body. His mind was going blink by the second, everything he learned flashed through eye star eyes. He remembered everything he ever learned in his life. It was as if his mind was trying to play a certain memory that could help him escape this current situation. Then one came to mind, a memery of how Rial, Max and Eigi suppress their mana. It also happened during a special outside drill. To be able to do it, you would need to relax your mind, focus your mana to your body and spread them across your body.
Kakashi relaxed his mind, even though it hurt him more than anything. He then drew out all the mana around him to his body and then he finally spread them across his body. By doing this Kakashi managed to create an ice humanoid form, which smashed a hammer on the Shira clone's head.
"This clone is somewhat more smart and logical than the others" Kakashi wondered to himself. "But even with that they can;t kill us."
Kakashi then blocked an attack the Shira threw for the ice monster he created. Kakashi swung his sword horizontally then at the moment of impact he curved the sword. Slicing an oval shaped cut on his body, he repeated the same thing again but this time on the opposite side. This made the mark a cross shape oval making it an 'X' shape.
Kakashi then teleported himself at the perfect angle near his eye side and sliced both his eyes. Kakashi then used fire magic to burn the whole body of Shira clone. But even with that victory Kakashi still felt extremely exhausted due to getting half of his mana removed.

Meanwhile another five students made their way to Max's direction. He had already taken out 3 of the students. Which ended up being number 3,8,14. Apparently there were 20 students present there. Max had taken ten students and defeated three of them leaving only 7 remaining. It is also known that Max only used one attack to defeat them. 'The mana blocks.'
Rial had already defeated 2 students, Rui had defeated 3 of them, Eigi also fought with 2 of the students. Meanwhile Eiichiro was fighting 3 professional fighters from an elite facility and a god tree clone. Even in that overwhelming pressure Eiichiro still held his own against them. He defeated the 3 students: Number 2,7 and 19, and now is currently fighting against the god tree clone.
Max punched one of the students in the stomach, he then did a triple back flip and knocked the number student out. He stared at them in a pityful way. It almost felt like he was looking down on them. In the most part it was true. He was looking down on them since he expected better of them.
He felt this way because I existed, Eigi, Kakashi, Eiichiro, Arisu, Lily, Christina, Rui, Alfred. He felt this way because even though we never went to a secret facility to train like they did. The simple truth was that; we the untrained people managed to surpass the people who made being better their whole life's purpose. So in conclusion no matter who you are, there will be someone better than you. That is just how life works in this cursed world.
Max released an attack so intense on the students that when it made impact they all fainted.
'Wind bomb'
An attack that uses the amount of mana you want. This mana is then transformed into pure energy and when released to your enemies blows them away. It cancels them opposite mana points. Max simply said: "Go and train, and when you are stronger you come and defeat me."

Eiichiro used water magic to freeze the Shira clone. This occurred during the time he managed to defeat the three black asylum students.
"So. You are the all mighty god tree." Said Eiichiro as he questioned the creature.
"Yes. It is me, in the flesh. The ever beauty Shira!" He said with a smile.
Even though Eiichira had him cornered, he didn't show the slightest bit of fear or guilt just nonchalant. "So you are afraid to die right." Eiichiro said as he prepared to kill him.
"Oh no. I am not scared if I die. Even if you kill me right here and now I won't die since my true body isn't here in the first place."
"What do you mean?" Asked Eiichiro with a confused face. "As you heard, I am not here. What you are fighting is just fragment of my power."
Though he told the truth, there was a little part he left out. Yes this wasn't his real body only his transformed body. His real body was the hell giant but his main body was divided into 6 main parts. Of which now 4 are dead now.
Eiichiro had enough of his talking and with a neutral face sliced through his heart and later he built it.
"Huh. This was the worst conversation I ever had." Eiichiro wondered to himself.

Part 4: The apostle of darkness and the legend of the past: Shiro vs the god tree Shira:
Shiro flew throughout the air firing multiple dark matter attack towards Shira. Shira turning around blocked his attacks with the wood release it had.
"Well. I have to myself a big fight here." Said Shiro. "Me too. Let's dance."
Shiro held up his hands together, forming a punch and threw it towards Shira. Shira responded with an elbow block. That caught Shiro off guard for a moment. Shira took advantage of that and kicked him in the ribs.
Shiro was sent off to the woods where Shira grabbed him by the face and dragged him by the solid surface of the woods. Shiro then changed tactics and made a shadowy spike attack. From the shadow 9 spikes of shadow appeared and stabbed Shira's clone. It disappeared from his face and was thrown into the woods.
Shiro learnt his lesson and concealed his mana, meaning that without speed Shira cannot hit him. Sir Shiro moved at the same speed as us super sonic speed but he seemed slightly faster than us. He moved so fast that he was able to stab Shira's clone multiple times without being spotted. His dagger was filled with poisonous substances that could put anybody to sleep.
Shira once again tried to catch Sir Shiro off guard but since this clone is slower than the one Sir Peter fought. That also meant Sir Shiro was not falling for that trick again.
Sir Shiro used some mana to create a large magic circle that was filled with dark matter energy. He used the same method Sir Peter used but slightly different.
Sir Peter used the sun energy and transformed it into mana, which blasted the first Shira clone. But this time Sir Shiro used the sun energy on himself, he absorbed the energy to transfer it to become mana. Using that process he gained enough mana to create that dark matter magic circle.
Sir Shiro looked into the clouds and said: "Let the darkness consume you for the rest of your life."
From the sky deep dark lightning formed, and from the magic circle, it rained a multitude of bark lightning towards the Shira clone. The 'Boom.'
The Shira clone was dead, Sir Shiro managed to kill it. Finally this night mare is coming to an end. 5 out of the 6 Shira clones have been defeated and all the 20 students have been captured. It took 10 hours but we all did it together.

The King's perspective:
"Ohmmmm. Well I am glad that they are okay." Said Tsubaki. "Well. Rial, Max, Rui and Eigi were there. Even for me those four with Kakashi would be enough to finish these enemies for us." Arisu said as she looked towards the screen.
After the boys were finished with almost all the monsters. The girls surrounded the screen watching the boys they found attractive. On the top of their list they named: Rui, then Max, then Kakashi, then Rial and finally Eigi.
I have to say. All the boys they mentioned had their quirks and strength. We finally have a team strong enough to hold the world together. But as time goes on they will eventually split apart.
Rial already had made up his mind to leave right after this exam ends. After all he is now 14 years old. Max will go back to the Star kingdom where it is safe for him. Eigi and Ai will travel the world as they graduate. Kakashi will also go back to the Star kingdom to train for a while. Rui will go on his adventures to find his purpose in life while escorting Princess Christina. Alfred and Lee will eventually become nights of the Star kingdom army. Many things will change, really change.

Part 5: The fight of wrist: Rio, Alfred and Lee vs The 5th Shira clone:
It was around 8 pm when the battle between Rio, Alfred and Lee vs the Shira clone began. Since this clone was a tricky one, it unfortunately took some time for them to find this clone.
Rio who was getting really annoyed with this clone, threw a lightning rod at him. Rio stretched out his hand and manipulated his mana to create a lightning rob. Lee using his right pure eye pulled the clone back using the gravity technique it produces.
'Gravity pull." Shouted Lee as he tried pulling the Shira clone.
Within seconds the clone was pulled to Lee's direction. Lee used his mana and created a fire spike attack. Using his incredible mana reserves, he created fire magic that had spikes around each edge and when made contact it damages the body permanently.
The fire magic seemed to have done the job. But immediately after that it sneaked behind Alfred and kicked him from behind.
"Ahwo!" Shouted Alfred. "How the heck did it teleport to that direction?" Asked Lee.
"I have no clue but let me finish this!"
Rio immediately created 8 magic circles around him: fire, water, ice, lightning, wind, bark magic, light magic, lava magic. The Shira clone glared at him wondering waht he was trying to do? It ignored his vision and sped up against Rio. The Shira clone approached Rio and struck him. He tried punching Rio but when it made contact, the skin of the Shira got built.
"Huh!"
Rio looked at him and said: "Hell fire." Suddenly from out of nowhere dark flames engulfed the clone. Rio once again glared into the depth of his soul and used lightning magic on him. Rio used his lightning magic to strike into the inner part of the body of the Shira clones.
Lee taped into sage art and sensed an unfamiliar mana presence from someone. Five other black asylum students arrived. Just as immediately as they arrived they managed to push the clone of Shira from Rio's hands.
A boy named 0 spoke.
"We are the best of the 'Black Asylum' project, and we please say: do not interrupt with our mission." He said.
"And what is your mission exactly?"
"We were assigned to retrieve the fragment of the god tree and to return Max Tsukasa back to the facility." The girl with blown hair answered in a robotic kind of way. To be honest I wasn't as surprised due to Max's language. He like, them, also spoke in that robotic manner of speaking.
"Oh. So you are the slightly above genius prodigies of the black asylum. Huh. How interesting I thought you would be more threatening but I guess I was wrong!"
From out of nowhere Lee leaped into the air, and with a twist of his body with the momentum he kicked two of them.
Alfred using his sword performed a sword art: 'Flame wheel.'
From Alfred's sword bright white fire formed and when it completed it formed a wheel like spin. This attack cut the students off guard, because only holy swords could do that. The impact caused two of the students to fall back. The boy named 0 stared at the two defeated students and then at Alfred.
"Rio, Lee. You two should go and finish off the Shira clone before sundown. All else I wouldn't want to know that would happen." Alfred said as he got ready to fight the black asylum student alone.
"Sure."
O rushed at Alfred with incredible speed, he moved in a blur in the wind. He could be maybe low hyper sonic speed. Alfred used lightning magic to strengthen his body and manipulated his sword with mana.
They moved towards each other and began clashing with their swords. The black asylum student used water magic and converted it to ice magic. He then shaped the ice to a sword shape weapon, and with mana he strengthened its durability.
0 slashed sideways towards Alfred but with his lightning-like movement, he managed to evade his attack. 0 tried ice and wind magic next. By freezing Alfred's path with his ice magic and then using wind magic. He created a mini winter season for Alfred.
Alfred analysed the technique and its complexity. He first needed to conceal his mana and then use his sword. Alfred concealed his mana and filled his sword with the mana him consumed before concealing it.
'Flame dance.' and 'Water dragon. Seven heads of the sun.'
Suddenly the ice freezing the atmosphere burnt up, it was consumed by the extreme heat of the fire. From the ground, massive water bodies formed. Creating a massive seven water dragon heads.
"What on Isal is that!" The boy muttered.
"This is your downfall."
The water dragon without hesitation consumed the boy. He felt a deep sense of regret. I didn't for sure but it seems this wasn't just a mission. For some reason it felt like this was more revenge on someone, than just a mission. Maybe one Max. That all he was the best there so it wouldn't be impossible for them to hate him.
Meanwhile Lee and Rio were still fighting the Shira clone. Lee used his pure eye to pull him in his direction. Rio also used fire magic to burn the clone. Lee then used his ability" 'Gravity reverse."
Which reversed the gravity of the clone, making him fall backwards. Rio flared at him again before using the same magic as Sir Peter and Sir Shiro.
He combined dark matter and light magic to destroy the clone completely. Rio used the sun's energy to create a large magic circle. He then used his dark and light magic to shape the magic circle. After he maximide the destruction and destroyed the clone. Lee using his gravity ability pushed the dirt it caused back.

One last dance: Everyone vs the god tree itself:
Rio's perspective:
From the beginning I was alone, hearing the cold storm that fell through the sky. I cried, I cried every single day, waiting for someone to come to me. But never the last, it remained a hopeless dream. No matter how hard I cried, no one did hear me. That was when I learned that nobody would come and save me. Now that I think of it, I assume it was a natural reaction for children not logic.
"I wonder. Did Nanase ever feel that way?"
Ever since I was a child there was one thing I was made sure to remember: You are just an abandoned orphan. Living in the street of Hakkaido, the freezing cold temperatures were everyone's nightmare.
When I was born, my parents made the reckless decision to abandon me. They had been in poverty since they were little and simply did not have many to raise a child. That was how I ended up in the streets of Japan, trying to live this game we all call life. At first I carried people's luggage and I switched to taking from the rich. Stealing was the fastest way to feed one self. Or that was what I thought at first.
A child being raised with no lessons of manners nor love. You could imagine, what they might end up becoming. Either a thief, an armed robber, an assassin etc.
But that was not what happened in my life. Around the time when I was about the age of 10. The wealthy family found me on the street and made a decision that will forever change my life. In simple terms they adopted me into their family: The Yozaki family.
Nanase Yozaki was their first daughter's name. Just like me she had a traumatic backstory. She lost her best friend in a car accident, lost her pet and even saw her other friend get killed right in front of her.
Of course , this all was very cruel to happen but in the end she just had to accept that they were dead and not coming back. That was where I promised both her parents that no matter what happens I would always be there for here. And from there onwards I spent every living second besides Nanase.
On her side. She tried to push me away but unfortunately for her I wasn't the one to give up so quickly.
But one day we got into an encounter that would change the faith of this small place we call home. It started on a quiet afternoon. Nanase and I had just started walking home from school. We talked on the way there, only stopping when we saw a speeding bus which was broken. The bus was headed for a man who had fallen asleep on the road side.
Without a moment to think, I rushed towards the road. My intent was simple: drag the man out of the road before the bus approached. What I failed to realise is that Nanase had also followed me in the hast of the moment. "Huh!" I murmured to myself.
"Even if we die. We would still be together." Said Nanase.
Lucky. We were able to drag the man out of the road but unfortunately for us we died. Dragging that man took more time than I first imagined and that was what led to our supposed death. But when we woke up, we were in a whole different place than earth. Unlike earth which had one sun and one moon, this had three suns and two moons. They were also placed in a distance that could support life and scenery was perfect. Beautiful suns, moons, planet rings, etc. These were the first things we saw.
Before we died I got a glance at the people inside that; a boy in his teenage years and two female students, one in her teenage years and the other around her middle school years. After some time, I sensed their presence once again when we were at the Northern Kingdom gathering.
A boy named Rial and a junior named Lily. Their presence brought about the same aura as them (the people in the bus.) Which Nanase was the first to realise their unusual talent, on which they do unintentionally.
"Hmm. And so we meet again."
0's perspective:
"I hate you Max! I hate you! I hate you with all my being!" These were the words that screamed in both my ears and mouth. The unconscious feeling of being at the top and yet being compared to someone they see as god, is the worst feeling in the world.
Ever since I was brought on the table of studying, I have always taken the first positions. Either in academics, physical education, magic casting, meditating or language learning. I have always remained the number one student, but in every attempt I was overdone by the untouchable gods Max and Ichika.
Even so, I didn't give up. I trained everyday, training even when everyone was already gone. That also gave me the strength to fuel my hatred towards him more. And when Ichika was went to expel him, I prayed on everything that she don't succeed on expelling him. Because I wanted to be the one who would drag him to the black asylum and finally claim my well deserved seat as the best.
But that only ended up being a hopeless dream, since even with all that training I lost to an ordinary student. Maybe he wasn't an ordinary student to some people but to me he was. All my life I had trained diligently and strategically and yet I lost to the man called Alfred. Even if I had lost to Max, it wouldn't be as humiliating as he was a god in their eyes. "I guess this is what they might to say. I am way less than them."
Rial's perspective:
We had just finished fighting the Shira clones and were now making our way to the gathering spot. We walked through the forest but something didn't feel right. It was as if Shira was still out there waiting.
Then it happened, a great hole swallowed us whole. "Ohoooooo!" I screamed as I continuously fell down. During the fall I saw people like Rui, Kakashi, Shiro, Peter, Eigi, Alfred, Eiichiro, Lee, Max etc. And right behind me Rio was also sliding his way down. But unlike everyone he used a tree branch as a skate, meaning his cloth wasn't getting torn like ours. Copying his technique I manipulated my mana and created an ice skate to slide. Deep within the hole the voice could be heard: "Welcome to hell!" The hell giant said in excitement."
"So you can absorb magic attacks now. I see." Those words came from my mouth.
