Chapter 15 - Chapter 15 – Four in One: The Dao Seed Martial Arts Cultivation System

Three months later, Liu Yi gazed at the hundred neatly arranged cheat brains before him, barely able to contain his excitement.

He swiftly linked them together with his Divine Sense, then poured Spiritual Energy into them.

In an instant, he clearly felt his calculative power soar tenfold.

Cultivation Techniques that once required considerable time to deduce now delivered results in the blink of an eye.

'Damn, these cheat brains are incredible—but their energy consumption is terrifying.'

With 129,600 acupoints storing Spiritual Energy in his body, even full-power deduction wouldn't last a day.

Once that energy ran dry, he'd have no means to protect himself if danger struck.

For someone lacking a sense of security, that risk was too great.

He immediately decided to run the brains at full power for no more than five hours a day, then shut them down to recover.

Even so, this would vastly accelerate his progress in deducing a cultivation System.

Moreover, he planned to use them to try comprehending the Law of Time and Law of Space within the space-time realm.

The idea sprang from what he knew: in this world, gifted Golden Core Realm Cultivators could already grasp a sliver of a Great Dao Law.

With his own Comprehension Ability and the aid of the cheat brains, he had hope of perceiving Time and Space Laws.

Even a scrap of understanding would be a monumental gain.

After all, those two were among the mightiest Laws, and key to creating his personal Cultivation Technique later on.

With that, Liu Yi began deducing the System he had in mind.

Its core was the unity of 'essence, qi, spirit, dao'—four as one.

'Essence' meant the Physical Body, 'qi' the True Force gained from Cultivation, 'spirit' the Soul or Divine Soul, and 'dao' the chosen Great Dao Law.

When 'essence, qi, spirit, dao' merged into one, the human body became a self-contained micro-cosmos, self-sufficient and whole.

Thereafter, one need only continuously expand the Dao and comprehend Laws; essence, qi, and spirit would naturally rise, without separate cultivation.

This human micro-cosmos would grow like a sapling as the Dao perfected, achieving full transformation and sublimation.

Yet reaching that transcendent unity required steady steps—impossible in a single leap.

Liu Yi would start with merging 'essence and qi', advance to 'qi and dao', and finally achieve 'spirit and dao'.

Step by step, essence, qi, spirit, and dao would fuse until inseparable, attaining the four-in-one transcendent state.

In that state, every casual strike would be a fourfold attack of 'essence, qi, spirit, dao'.

The first Realm of this System was Body Tempering, focused on forging the Physical Body and filling it with essence and qi.

Body Tempering had six levels: muscle, skin, meridians, bones, internal organs, and blood-vitality.

At its Peak, the body became a heaven and earth furnace, drawing in worldly energy without waste, doubling cultivation speed.

The second Realm was Innate, where one used blood-vitality to open the governor and conception vessels, condensing Innate True Qi.

The third Realm was Divine Sea (Foundation Establishment), turning True Qi liquid.

Simultaneously, one fixed the future path of Dao and grasped a matching Concept or sliver of a Great Dao Law.

The first three Realms mainly achieved initial Fusion of essence and qi.

The fourth Realm was Dao Seed (Golden Core), merging the grasped Concept or Law with True Force to gestate a Dao Seed in the Dantian.

Once the Dao Seed formed, qi and dao became one.

Essence, qi, and dao now shared a nascent link.

Since the core of this System lay in nurturing a Dao Seed, Liu Yi named it the Dao Seed Martial Arts Cultivation System.

Liu Yi opened his tired eyes, helplessness filling his heart: 'Never imagined these hundred cheat brains would guzzle Spiritual Energy and even push my Mental Energy to its limit.'

Yet he brightened the next instant—this session's gains were immense.

In a mere five hours he had perfected the first four Realms of the System and deduced the Martial Scripture Cultivation Technique.

He had also set his Dao path: Cultivate the World Great Dao, refine the Dao Seed into a world seed, then create a new world.

Yet this road would be thorny.

To succeed he must master the two core Laws of Time and Space, and comprehend numerous Great Dao Laws.

Relying on himself alone, who knew how many years that would take.

'Looks like creating a System to assist cultivation is urgent.'

He clenched his fists, determination flashing in his eyes. 'Only by using a System to pool the wisdom of countless beings can I comprehend Great Dao Laws faster. Alone, I'd wait till the cows come home.'

With that thought, he stopped pondering, calmed his mind, and circulated his Cultivation Technique to recover spent Spiritual Energy and Mental Energy.

Time flew; two years passed in an instant.

During this period, Liu Yi, through astonishing perseverance and Comprehension Ability, continuously refined the Dao Seed Martial Arts Cultivation System and the Martial Scripture, pushing his cultivation to Peak Divine Sea Realm.

Under the tireless aid of the cheat brains, he also day and night studied the mysteries of the space-time realm, grasping a sliver of the Law of Time and Law of Space.

He even penetrated the mutual creation and destruction of the Five Elements and the cycle of Yin and Yang, gaining a trace of the Five Elements Law and Yin and Yang Law.

On that basis he forged the embryonic form of the World Great Dao.

Yet despite his smooth progress, one thing vexed Liu Yi endlessly—Little Yellow had grown crooked!

Little Yellow had followed Liu Yi since youth and over the years had consumed no small share of the Medical Clinic's rare herbs.

Liu Yi had also regularly used True Force to soothe its meridians and temper its body.

Now the creature was as burly as a calf and had awakened intelligence.

But events had slipped entirely from Liu Yi's control: who could have guessed Little Yellow would develop a fondness for the Brothel?

When Liu Yi first heard, he hadn't believed it—until he stepped inside the Brothel and nearly exploded at the sight.

Little Yellow lay contentedly on a soft mat while beauties gently massaged him, nibbling delicacies fed by a pretty girl, eyes fixed on the sleeve-dancing courtesans.

Liu Yi's temper flared. 'Stupid mutt, living better than me—and spending my money!'

He strode forward, ignoring the stunned onlookers, grabbed the scruff of Little Yellow's neck, and grinned dangerously: 'Growing capable, aren't we? Living freer than your master.'

Little Yellow kicked all four paws in the air yet wagged his tail frantically, barking in fawning apology.

Liu Yi's face stayed cold. 'Should I find you a pack of bitches for company?'

Before the words finished, Little Yellow shook his head like a rattle, whining in panic.

Under the crowd's odd stares, Liu Yi marched out with the disgraceful beast in tow.

'So humiliating! Two lifetimes and I've never been this embarrassed!' He glared at the cowering Little Yellow and threatened through clenched teeth: 'Set one paw in a Brothel again and I'll hang you up for a whipping—and not a single coin more!'

The thought of a dog frequenting Brothels made Liu Yi's scalp tingle.

Outsiders, unaware of the truth, would brand him a lecher, keeping even a dog that lascivious.

In reality, Liu Yi had visited a Brothel only once, eaten a meal, and left in haste, never to return.

Now Little Yellow's absurd antics had utterly ruined his face; his reputation was being trashed by a dog.
