Chapter 8 - Guide to Pokemon world

1. Aptitude (Potential System)

A Pokémon's potential is determined by its genetic stability, energy capacity, and growth rate.

A scanner assigns a color code to indicate the Soft Cap (the level where growth slows down significantly).

Crucial Note on Species vs. Aptitude :

Being a rare species (like Dratini or Larvitar) does not guarantee high aptitude.

A Pseudo-Legendary can be born with Green or even Black aptitude if its genetics are poor.

A Green-Aptitude Tyranitar will still be strong due to its species, but it will never reach the heights of a Silver-Aptitude onix.

Each color is divided into Light (Lower End) and Dark/Deep (Higher End).

* Black (Common): The bottom of the food chain.

• 80% of wild Pokémon fall here

* Light Black: Genetic defects. Struggles to survive.

* Deep Black: The standard wild Pokémon. Caps around Level 25-30. Cannon fodder.

* Green (Solid): The standard for a competent Trainer.

* Light Green: Decent stats. Good enough for a grunt.

* Deep Green: High quality.

Can reach the Advanced Tier (Level 30+) with consistent training.

* Yellow (Distinguished): The bridge between the masses and the elite.

* Light Yellow: Stronger than average, often Pack Leaders in the wild.

* Deep Yellow: Ace material for Squad Leaders.

They have one outstanding stat (Attack, Speed, etc.).

* Blue (Rare): Truly exceptional genetics.

* Light Blue: Hard to find.

High natural stats and move learnig speed.

* Deep Blue: Very Rare.

Can comfortably reach Elite Tier (Level 40-50) without hitting a wall.

* Red (Mutant / Anomaly):

* Special Tier, These are genetic anomalies.

While their base stability might vary, their destructive ceiling sits above Blue but below Silver.

They possess unstable DNA, lethal aggression, or unique variations.

* Pale Red: Unstable or sickly, but dangerous.

* Blood Red: Perfect Mutation.

High-risk, high-reward weapons.

* Silver (Master): The 0.1%. Destined for greatness.

* Light Silver: Executive potential.

Near-perfect IVs.

* Deep Silver: Regional Powerhouse.

Found in the teams of Elite Four members.

* Gold (Champion): The Mortal Apex.

* LightGold: Flawless genetics.

A Pokémon that creates history.

* Deep Gold: The absolute limit of biological perfection for non-legendaries.

* Diamond (Divine / Legendary): The Immortals.

* Status: Forces of Nature, Myths.

* Examples: Lugia, Ho-Oh, Mewtwo,

Dialga.

They exist outside the standard limits of growth.

2. The Power Tiers (Levels)

Levels represent biological maturity and power .

The gap between tiers is massive.

* Rookie Tier (Level 1 - 9): Infants. Rely on basic instincts.

* Beginner Tier (Level 10 - 19): Bodies harden, elemental energy becomes potent.

* Intermediate Tier (Level 20 - 29): The Soldier class. Can destroy small vehicles.

* Advanced Tier (Level 30 - 39): Veterans. Requires significant resources to maintain.

* Elite Tier (Level 40 - 49): The Wall. Monsters capable of altering the local environment.
