Grey arrived at the villa alone after totally refusing to let Jethro pick him somewhere around the packhouse.
The gate opened on its own, just like the other day. Once he parked the car, he stepped out. It was already dark outside, and the night had settled over everything, but the house was not hidden in darkness.
Lights were on everywhere around it, he did not look around the compound today either. His focus stayed forward. He walked directly toward the door, just by looking, he could tell that the door was not locked, so he pushed it open and entered.
The other day, he had not entered the house. Now that he was entering it, he saw how spacious it was. The space inside was open without feeling empty.
There was nothing excessive and crowded, only what was necessary.
