Caelan could not shake the feeling that Caesar and Orlando's reactions were far too anxious.
With that thought in mind, he turned his gaze toward Kate.
Upon noticing him looking at her, Kate shook her head in confusion.
"I don't know what's going on either. When I first arrived, Caesar and Orlando asked me about the same thing."
Truthfully, Kate had not given the matter much thought.
Caelan, however, frowned and fell into deep contemplation.
An ominous premonition began to rise within his heart.
Just then, Orlando suddenly forced a faint smile onto his face and turned to Kate.
"Little Kate, weren't you just saying that you wanted to find an ordinary person's job? I suddenly remembered that there really is a position within the warband that suits you. Here, go to the front desk first. Tell them I sent you and ask them to arrange everything properly for you."
Hearing Orlando's words, Kate immediately grew excited and hurried out of the office.
