After the heavy rain, the air felt fresh. It was like the sky had washed away all the sadness the clouds were holding. I had to stop for a second just to take a deep breath. When I started walking again, my feet felt much lighter than usual.
It was a very beautiful day. It felt like the perfect time to finally start a new chapter in my life.
I saw many flowers blooming along the path that I hadn't noticed before. White dandelions were growing in the cracks of the sidewalk. Far away on the mountains, I could see yellow daffodils everywhere. Some cherry blossoms had even opened their petals early. Even though it wasn't officially spring yet, everything looked so bright and new.
