Yuta was standing in some distance in front of Jun, Hikari was rushing at Jun with her sword and she was almost upon him, Jun had finished his genjutsu and formed the last hand seal while glaring daggers at Yuta. And that's when Yuta felt the foreign chakra interference and realized what was happening, and as he realized that, he decided to not dispel the genjutsu right away but analyze it and see what happens next.
Yuta concentrated on all his senses and the next moment he felt how the world spun around him for a split second, but as Yuta was a skilled genjutsu specialist himself, and as he was paying close attention to every tiny detail of all his senses, he noticed that it was mostly just a visual illusion, but not all of it, as he felt a tug on his body and realized that he was being forcefully moved by what he assumed was a regular Substitution jutsu, used on him as a target for substitution.
Normally he could've resisted it, but being distracted by the genjutsu, he was a moment too late and was successfully pulled by the jutsu.
The next instant Yuta was forced into action as he saw Jun attacking him with a kunai from the side.
Yuta was a bit disoriented right now and at first, Yuta assumed that it was just a visual illusion, since after being pulled by Substitution he should've switched places with Jun, but his other senses screamed at him that it was not an illusion.
He heard Jun's movements, he sensed the movement of the disturbed air around him with his skin, his sense of smell wasn't very sharp, but even his sense of smell was also telling him that it wasn't just an illusion as he picked up some traces with it as well.
Affecting a single sense, like sight, is one thing, but to affect all senses at once? Yuta quickly dismissed that idea as an impossible one. Yuta believed that even an elite Jonin genjutsu specialist won't be able to pull off something of that magnitude and complexity, not without something like Sharingan at least.
As Yuta started moving on the edge of his capabilities, boosting his speed with chakra, he pulled out a kunai and in the middle of jumping away he hastily blocked Jun's attack.
But paying close attention to all of his senses, Yuta noticed when his kunai collided with Jun's kunai – there is a lot of inconsistencies with what he sees and what he feels.
The impact, the force behind it, it was a bit off with what he saw, the edge of a kunai that struck from that angle, Yuta felt that the force behind it is a bit off from what he sees.
As Yuta was barely able to block the attack and slides some distance away, struggling to keep up his balance while continuing analyzing the genjutsu at the same time, he quickly realized, that only his visuals were affected by the genjutsu, and that means that what he sees as Jun, in fact, it was Hikari instead.
The wight and force behind that clash and the inconsistency of it with what he saw said it clearly to Yuta, he was sure of it now.
'Interesting...' Yuta thought as stopped his slide and regained his footing, 'He used genjutsu to interfere with my sight, and used it as a distraction to pull me with the Substitution jutsu to put me in the way of Hikari's attack, and since Hikari didn't stop the attack, that could only mean that she is affected as well... Multitargeted genjutsu that interferes with the sense of sight, making us to see our enemy instead of an ally...'

'Not bad at all... But... There is still so much that needs to be fixed and improved for this genjutsu to work properly... There are so many holes in it that it physically irritates me to no end...' Yuta thought as he sighed with a bit of disappointment.
Yuta concentrated on his chakra senses but wasn't able to spot the real Jun right away, Jun was clearly concealing his presence and hiding his chakra right now, Yuta figured.
Then Yuta heard on the edge of his senses, there were quiet and almost completely muffled footsteps about ten meters away from him. Yuta didn't shown in any way that he spotted the real Jun's location, or that he was seeing through Jun's genjutsu, but now that he knew where to look, Yuta concentrated his chakra senses on that location and was finally able to lock in onto Jun's chakra signature with his chakra senses.
Jun was slowly approaching Yuta from behind. Yuta concentrated on him to not miss any sudden quick movements from him. Yuta knew better than anyone how quick and easy it is to kill someone who can't see the enemy, so naturally, Yuta was on guard of Jun's movements, ready to dodge at any moment, even while still being affected by his genjutsu and being unable to see him.
All of that happened just in a few seconds and not much time had passed at all, but Yuta already figured almost everything about this genjutsu and had mixed feelings about it. On one hand he was a bit impressed by it and its potential, but on another, he was disappointed about how much there is that could be improved in this genjutsu for it to work better.
'Hikari is also affected, but is she that easy to fool by a genjutsu like that?' Yuta thought as he saw how Jun, that was in reality Hikari, rushed at him once again with a kunai, that in reality was probably her tanto sword.
Yuta was about to shout to Hikari for her to stop attacking, but then he realized that it would be too easy for this genjutsu to be countered like that, Yuta wasn't very impressed by this genjutsu, but even then, it would be too much for it to have such a glaring vulnerability.
Thinking about that, Yuta recalled all what he was hearing since the genjutsu started, he analyzed every tiny detail up until now, and then he realized - he didn't hear Hikari's breathing or anything at all from her direction beside her body movements, but he should be able to hear that, and that could only mean that the genjutsu is also interfering with his hearing, although crudely, it only preventing him to hear anything that he might hear from Hikari's mouth.
That means that talking is pointless.
As Yuta saw Hikari closing in on him fast, he thought, 'This genjutsu has a lot of holes, but Hikari isn't a genjutsu specialist, she doesn't pay close attention to all of the tiny details and it will take a while for her to realize that there is something wrong, and I will not last that long against her. The fact that I was even able to block that first attack without even getting a scratch is already a miracle...'
Thinking that, Yuta was about to use genjutsu of his own to restrain Hikari to stop her attacks, but then it clicked in his mind and his eyes widened in realization – the last attack, the fact that the strength and speed of it was on the exact edge of his capabilities to block it in time, that wasn't Hikari's full strength, if she was serious, Yuta would be at least injured back there...

'...You can't be serious!' Yuta thought while feeling how irritation was building up inside him, 'Are you that pissed at me for interfering in your fight that you want to beat me up under the pretense of being tricked by a genjutsu?!'
Some of Yuta's irritation and annoyance must've slipped and found its way into his expression, as Hikari, that looked like Jun to Yuta, had quickened her moves and attacked Yuta with even greater speed, not leaving him much time to form the Shadow Chains genjutsu to restrain her.
He had time for the jutsu, but that realization had cost him a precious moment to recover, and he lost the opportunity to use it in time.
What was previously a controlled situation was now descended into chaos, and Yuta was irritated and annoyed by it to no end.
Hikari was attacking him again and again, giving no opportunity to do anything but dodge and block her attacks, Yuta had to give it his all just to stay alive in this fight, and whenever he was about to use a jutsu, Hikari would speed up significantly and land a punch or a kick to prevent him from completing the jutsu.
It was only a few seconds since this fight started, but Yuta was already sure that he was right, Hikari wasn't falling for the genjutsu, she was just fooling around, using the genjutsu as an excuse to beat him up.
After being hit a couple times with a kick or a punch, not too hard to actually injure him, but hard enough for it to hurt, Yuta finally had enough of this bullshit. The idea of letting Hikari beat him like that, and with an audience no less, something inside Yuta just gave, and he felt that enough is enough.
The next instant Yuta saw an opportunity and went for it. Hikari, that looked like Jun, was about to cut him with a blade to the neck, but instead of dodging or blocking, like he did a few times before by now, Yuta decisively dropped his kunai and stopped dodging, instead he closed his eyes and started forming hand seals quickly.
There wasn't nearly enough time for him to complete all three hand seals for a Shadow Chains genjutsu, he was about to be killed by a blade even before he would get to the second hand seal, but Yuta still went for it anyway, his expression was of a barely contained anger that Yuta rarely felt at all, but right now, the anger was boiling inside of him.
But, as Yuta went from the first hand seal to the second, and then to the third in just a split second, the blade never came and didn't cut him down, and just like that, Yuta finally said with anger and irritation, "That's enough!".
He was paying attention to the real Jun's movements all this time, and he knew where he was at all times, so he had no problem directing his Shadow Chains genjutsu through the sound of his voice right at him.
At the same time, as he felt how his genjutsu took effect on the real Jun, Yuta commanded his chakra that was invading Jun's chakra network to cut Jun's connection with his genjutsu, dispelling Jun's genjutsu from the inside Jun's own chakra network.
Something like that is only possible for Yuta when he uses his forceful type genjutsu on someone else, and it only works against other genjutsus, Yuta won't be able to cancel any other jutsu of his opponent like that. For that to work, Yuta has to have a firm understand the opponent's genjutsu and its inner workings, or he won't be able to pull that off.
Jun's genjutsu was finally broken, and Jun was successfully restrained by Yuta's Shadow Chains genjutsu, and both Yuta and Hikari were still fine and uninjured.
