Aegis Martial Academy, Training Ground No. 3.
"If you want to become a Rank 1 Blood Warrior, you must have talent. Most of you won't be able to become Rank 1 Blood Warriors, but as long as you can become one, your prospects will be far better than those of ordinary people, and finding a good position will be much easier."
A middle-aged man was giving a lecture to a group of students.
The students below listened very carefully.
Ryan was also among them.
After the lecture, the middle-aged instructor continued with practical saber training.
An hour passed.
The lesson ended, and the students left one after another.
"Ryan, how have you been recuperating?"
Elias Mercer stopped Ryan and asked.
"I'm doing fine."
"We'll definitely be able to become powerful Blood Warriors in the future!"
Elias said.
But Ryan saw a trace of helplessness and even despair in the depths of Elias's eyes.
"Perhaps!"
Ryan smiled.
He had already seen Elias's talent.
Although it was better than his own, it was only Inferior Cultivation Talent.
"Elias, who is the most talented and approachable person in our academy?"
Ryan asked in a low voice.
"The most talented and approachable?"
Elias didn't know why Ryan was asking, but he still answered.
"Talent is usually kept secret, and nobody openly reveals it. But you can still make guesses based on someone's cultivation speed. Our academy really does have a genius."
"Who?"
Ryan asked curiously.
"Julian Cross!"
Elias lowered his voice mysteriously.
"Julian was born into an ordinary family. His parents are ordinary people. He came to Aegis Martial Academy a month ago, and in only half a month, he became a Blood Warrior Apprentice. After that, he was accepted as a personal student by Mentor Marcus Hale."
"Now Julian doesn't train with the ordinary students anymore. Mentor Hale teaches him privately."
Ryan's eyes immediately flashed with excitement.
He was certain that Julian's talent had to be good.
Otherwise, there was no reason Marcus Hale would personally accept him as a student.
Marcus Hale was a Peak Rank 2 Blood Warrior, and his strength far exceeded that of ordinary Rank 2 Blood Warriors.
Ordinary Rank 1 Blood Warriors were nowhere near his level.
Primary Cultivation Talent probably wouldn't be enough to attract Mentor Hale's attention.
Someone capable of gaining his recognition should possess at least Medium Cultivation Talent.
After all, someone with Medium Cultivation Talent had excellent prospects of reaching Rank 2 and even possessed hope of eventually becoming a Rank 3 Blood Warrior.
"How can I get close to Julian?"
Ryan pondered.
Just then, a commotion suddenly broke out nearby.
"Julian Cross is here!"
"Oh my God, Julian Cross? The one who was accepted as Mentor Hale's personal student? He actually came to Training Ground No. 3!"
"Wasn't Mentor Hale privately teaching him? Why did he come here?"
The students looked toward Julian with envy and jealousy.
This was the Age of Talent.
To most of them, someone like Julian was already standing on a path they might never be able to reach.
Ryan naturally noticed Julian as well.
He slowly approached.
Without attracting anyone's attention, he moved within three meters of Julian and immediately activated his talent detection.
Human: Julian Cross
Cultivation Talent: Medium — Replicable
"Sure enough, it's Medium Talent!"
Ryan suppressed the excitement in his heart.
His eyes flickered as he began secretly planning what to do.
"Julian, I heard Mentor Hale accepted you as his personal student. What level of strength have you reached now?"
A student looked at Julian admiringly as he asked.
"I can already lift 100 kilograms!"
Julian raised his head proudly.
Hiss!
Exclamations immediately sounded around him.
To become a Blood Warrior Apprentice, a student only needed to reach around 50 kilograms of lifting strength.
Julian had only recently become a Blood Warrior Apprentice, yet he could already lift 100 kilograms.
At this rate, wouldn't he become a Rank 1 Blood Warrior before long?
Showing off.
Ryan finally understood why Julian had suddenly appeared here.
Obviously, Julian had recently made some progress in cultivation and couldn't resist coming out to show it off.
It was the mentality of someone who had suddenly risen above those around him.
"Julian, can you give me an autograph?"
"Julian, can I get one too?"
Several students immediately took out pens and paper.
Receiving the signature of a future Blood Warrior was already something they could brag about.
More importantly, Julian might someday become a Rank 2 Blood Warrior like Mentor Hale.
If that happened, something as simple as his old signature might even become valuable.
"Okay, okay, I'll sign them!"
Julian was clearly enjoying the attention.
He didn't refuse anyone and began signing autographs one after another.
Ryan immediately squeezed into the crowd.
But he wasn't there for an autograph.
He was there to copy Julian's talent.
More and more students pressed forward.
Ryan slowly worked his way through the crowd until he finally reached Julian's side.
Someone behind him suddenly pushed forward.
Ryan took advantage of the movement and reached out, briefly placing a hand against Julian's shoulder as though steadying himself.
The instant physical contact was made, Ryan activated his copying ability.
The process completed immediately.
Ryan withdrew his hand and allowed the crowd to carry him backward.
Julian barely noticed him.
By the time Ryan slipped away from the group, excitement had already filled his heart.
A message appeared before his eyes.
"The Medium Cultivation Talent has been successfully copied."
