Normally, Anna would have been glad that Sullivan was giving her enough importance to sit with a man he claimed to detest too much. It warmed her heart to know he would endure such for her. But barely fifteen minutes has passed since the appetisers were brought and Anna already prayed for the lunch to end as quickly as possible.
