On both sides of the street, there weren't even street vendors.
Everyone held towels and clean water, meticulously wiping their homes until they were spotless.
This made even the cleanliness-loving women among them cautious, afraid of dirtying the street.
"Is there a major event happening?" Hancock guessed.
"No," Kevin shook his head. "If it were a grand ceremony, everyone should be smiling and looking forward to it. But everyone looks miserable, even the well-dressed rich people."
Gion quickly walked over to the side and asked an old woman.
"A Celestial Dragon is coming."
The mystery was revealed.

"Don't forget what our Captain has done," Gion and Hancock said, their proud lips curving upwards.
Makino then realized.
That's right.
Kevin had personally invaded Mary Geoise and rescued all the Celestial Dragon slaves.
Makino's eyes shimmered, and she gazed at Kevin with adoring eyes.
But soon, her willow-like brows furrowed again.
Rescuing slaves only counts as offending the Celestial Dragons, not truly dealing with them, right?
"Since the Celestial Dragons are coming, then we'll wait here for ten days," Kevin decided.
Gion and Hancock stared at Kevin, understanding what he was about to do.
"Kevin, are you going to help everyone? Are you going to rescue the slaves again?" Makino was both worried and excited.
It was something she had never dared to imagine before.
"No, I'm going to kill the Celestial Dragons."
Makino's eyes widened in shock, and she froze in place.
Her lips trembled, and she stammered, "Kill… kill… Celestial Dragons?!!!"
Everyone had had such a thought, even an impulse.
But no one dared to do it.
"It's not like I haven't killed them before."
"Ah? Kevin, you've killed Celestial Dragons before?" Makino was astonished.
The newspapers didn't mention it!
More than one Celestial Dragon was killed by Kevin in Mary Geoise.
