Chapter 15 - Chapter 15: Marine Betrayal? Sengoku vomits blood

"Enies Lobby destroyed!"

"The secret of the Holy Land's invasion: Marine Vice Admiral Momousagi joins Kevin's Sun and Moon Pirates, becoming the Vice Captain. Was the invasion of the Holy Land done by the Marines?"

"Kevin, who disappeared for half a month, reappears and destroys Enies Lobby. What has the Marines been doing for the past half-month? Did they really Encirclement and suppression (encircle and annihilate) Kevin?"

"Are Kevin and the Marines putting on a show for each other?"

Major Newspaper Companies immediately spread the news across the sea through their newspapers.

Various shocking "headlines," coupled with their connection to Kevin, stunned the sea.

Looking at the newspapers,

everyone was dumbfounded.

Yet, they felt that the newspaper's conjectures made a lot of sense.

"Mr. Kevin, such a person with such strength and such feats has never been heard of in the sea before. Logically, he shouldn't be unknown. So he's related to the Marines, a strong person secretly cultivated by the Marines?"

"It turns out it was a Marine plot to invade the Holy Land and eliminate Enies Lobby, which balanced Marine Headquarters."

"As expected of the Strategist Fleet Admiral Sengoku, he's too smart."

"The Marines and the World Government have laid their cards on the table and fallen out."

"The world's pattern (structure) is about to change."

The Marines' reputation suddenly increased greatly.

The Marines were quite beloved in the sea. Aside from the Marines, many ordinary people had no one to rely on.

The only thing the Marines were criticized for in the sea was their connection to the World Government and the Celestial Dragons.

...

...

New World, Whitebeard Pirates.

"Pops, are the Marines really going to war with the World Government?"

"The centuries-old pattern (structure) is about to change."

Marco and the other commanders excitedly gathered together.

Once the Marines went to war with the World Government, the pirates' lives would be better, and the sea would become a paradise for pirates.

"Fake, it's completely fake. Sengoku is the most loyal Marine to the World Government; he would never betray them." Whitebeard shook his head, throwing away the newspaper. It was nonsense and couldn't be taken seriously.

"So it's fake."

Marco and the others were a little disappointed.

How good it would be if it were true.

"It has nothing to do with the Marines, which means that invading the Holy Land and eliminating Enies Lobby was Kevin's own doing."

The commanders couldn't help but exclaim.

"How terrifying Kevin is, how crazy."

"Invading the Holy Land and destroying Enies Lobby, each of those is a major event that no one has dared to do for centuries."

"He dared to do it, and he succeeded. Even I can't help but admire him."

These monster commanders rarely showed admiration.

Whitebeard couldn't help but take another look at Kevin's photo.

He stared for a long time.

"Gurararara, an interesting kid. I wonder if he'll have a chance to come to the New World alive."

...

...

As an old rival, Whitebeard could immediately confirm that Sengoku could not possibly betray the World Government.

But others couldn't tell.

The news that the Marines were going to betray the World Government and start a war filled the entire sea.

"No wonder the Marines seemed to send out their entire force to encircle and suppress Kevin, but after half a month, they found nothing. So it turns out both sides were putting on a show."

"Tsk tsk tsk, the World Government must be about to cry."

Seriously suspicious.

The Five Elders looked at the newspaper.

Five pairs of eyes.

They stared at each other.

Veins of rage popped out on their foreheads, their eyes burned with fury, and they began to panic.

Had the Marines truly betrayed them?

"Vice Admiral Gyon betrayed us, and the Holy Land Mary Geoise was invaded. So it was an inside job. What exactly is Kevin's identity? There was never such a person before; he suddenly appeared. Is he also a Marine?!"

The Five Elders' furious roar echoed throughout the Holy Land Mary Geoise.

"Immediately order Sengoku, order all Admirals, to come to the Holy Land Mary Geoise!"

The Five Elders were in a panic.

This matter was serious.

If the Marines betrayed them, the World Government would lose its dominion over the sea.

"If they don't dare to come, then it proves that the Marines are not trustworthy."

Killing intent rose in the Five Elders' eyes.

A Fleet Admiral and Admirals who were not trustworthy deserved only death.

Sengoku at Marineford.

His face was contorted.

Upon learning that Enies Lobby had been invaded, he immediately dispatched a large army to Enies Lobby.

"That cunning fellow, he actually tricked the Marines. He didn't go to the New World at all." Sengoku felt like a pig, having been played.

He had been played by a young boy.

"Momousagi Gyon has also appeared and been exposed. No, I can't stay here. I must personally go and capture him. Today, no matter what, I cannot let him escape. I must capture him."

Otherwise, he wouldn't be able to explain himself.

Sengoku's face was contorted, filled with a violent aura.

When Sengoku arrived at Enies Lobby.

He only saw the ruined ships and houses floating on the sea.

Enies Lobby was gone.

"Where did he go?" Sengoku questioned Kuzan.

Kuzan spread his hands helplessly: "When we arrived, he had already disappeared. We searched for dozens of miles, but there was no trace of Kevin."

Sengoku clenched his teeth.

His eyes were bloodshot. He had run away again, disappeared again.

"Mr. Sengoku, are we, the Marines, really going to go to war with the World Government?" Kuzan suddenly leaned in and whispered to Sengoku.

Sengoku's ears rang.

He was terrified.

"Kuzan, do you know what you're saying? Just for that sentence, I could send you to Impel Down." Sengoku was startled and looked around in a panic. Fortunately, there was no one else.

"Mr. Sengoku, I didn't say it; the newspaper said it." Kuzan handed the latest newspaper to Sengoku.

Sengoku quickly lowered his head to look.

His face turned ashen, then chalky white with fright, and his scalp tingled.

He spat out a mouthful of old blood; it was almost the death of him.

"Mr. Sengoku, the Five Elders have ordered you to bring all high-ranking Marine officials to the Holy Land Mary Geoise immediately for a meeting. There can be no delay." The World Government issued an undeniable command.

Sengoku was drenched in cold sweat.
